वाराणसी: काशी विश्वनाथ मंदिर से सटे ज्ञानवापी (Gyanvapi) मस्जिद को लेकर चल रहे कानूनी केस में हिंदू पक्ष को तग'ड़ा झ'टका लगा है। वाराणसी कोर्ट ने शुक्रवार को मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए व्यास तहखाने की छत पर नमाज पढ़ने वालों की रोक लगाने संबंधी याचिका को खारिज कर दिया है। मतलब कि नमाज के लिए मुस्लिम इकट्ठा होते रहेंगे। इसके साथ ही कोर्ट ने तहखाने में मरम्मत कराने की इजाजत देने से भी इनकार कर दिया है।
