Airfryer Recipe Series on Indian Snacks with a Twist🍛🌭🌮 winter series - Fried Prawns
Method -
1. Take some medium sized washed prawns
2. Mix the prawns with chilly powder, salt , garam masala , chaat masala, turmeric , sugar, lemon juice and chilly flakes .
3. Now marinate it for 10mins .
4. Now put butter paper in the Airfryer .
7. Roast them at 100 degrees Celsius for about 8 minutes and brush some butter/oil
8. After they have become perfectly crispy , take them out and serve hot .
9. Enjoy with lemon and coriander leaves and you are ready!

Method -
1. Take some Chicken leg pieces in a bow
2. Marinate the chicken with salt , curd chilly powder,turmeric powder , garam masala ,jeera powder, pinch of kasuri methi and one tsp of mustard oil.Add ginger garlic paste and marinate for 2 hours.
3. Now take butter paper and preheat for 1min at 200°c.
4. Now roast them at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes and flip them on the other side for another 15mins.
5. After they have been cooked properly and gives a grilled look, brush some butter take them out and serve hot .
6. Enjoy with chilly, lemon and coriander leaves, and you are ready with the healthier version of Chicken Tandoori that you can guiltlessly enjoy this winter!

Method of making Kurkure Bhindi
1. Take washed and dried bhindi and slit them in thin slices.
2. Coat the bhindi with some spices like chilly powder, salt , garam masala ,turmeric, jeera powder, sugar, pepper, amchur powder and 2 tsps of besan.
3. Now in the mix, put 1tsp white oil so that the fries don't stick with each other and marinate for 10mins.
4. Now put a butterpaper in the Airfryer.
5. Now place the bhindi mix in the airfryer.
6. I baked them at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes and flipped them once or twice just to evenly cook them .
7. After they have become perfectly crispy , take them out and serve hot .
8. Garnish with black salt, amchur powder and coriander and you are so ready for this amazing winter snacks!
