What a lovely session .in Pune, guided by Dr Kavita Manuja on International Yog Diwas 2024. A peaceful event with Pranayam, Effects of Sound on Mind, emotions and Body culminated with Divine Raagas played by Sanna (Founder Santunes)adding to the depth of Shavasana.

There is a thin line between Faith and over- confidence. Knowing the difference makes all the difference.

Where the power of faith brings in humility, Overconfidence gets along arrogance.

Where faith makes one compassionate, overconfidence makes one look down upon others.

Where faith helps one take a leap into the unknown, overconfidence leads one into stupid and uncalculated decision making.

Where faith surrounds your inner being and outer surroundings with love and oneness, overconfidence takes you away from your own loved ones.

As said before " There is a thin line between Faith and over- confidence. Knowing the difference makes all the difference."
