A unit of Woodstock Helicopters Private Limited(WHPL), Woodstock Weekends, is the brain child of, Dr Sheet Raghuvanshi(CEO, WHPL) & Rohit Joshi(RDX The Band, Front Man). Being music aficionados, they always felt the need to build a community in Pune, which would give the local Artists a much needed platform. on, ERT(En Route Thursdays), with a line up of amazing independent artists who jam every weekend. Rohit & Sheet, along with the team of Woodstock Weekends, are passionate about promoting & endorsing budding Artist of different genres ranging from Music, Standup Comedy to Theatre. Besides promoting budding Artists, Woodstock Weekends also plans on bringing established Artists and Bands to perform at the Ishanya Amphitheater, making it a go to venue for the best gigs in town. Taking their vision to the next level, they plan on turning the Woodstock Weekends, into a digital property, with videos and live streaming on their YouTube channel. They are also looking at making this a collaborative effort to invigorate the Music, Art & Culture scene in the city, which has always been known for its fondness for good melody and new talent.
