Macro Media Institute is a training institute in Pune. It is founded by Mr. Anand Prabhune (G.D. Art Commercial with Photography) The institute aims at training enthusiastic and dedicated students in Photography , Video and Drawing/Painting. Macro Media Institute offers the following courses:
1. Photography : Today, we can see cameras in every household. T
hey may range from simple mobile cameras to hi-fi DSLRS like Canon 5D Mark III or Nikon D800 which are full frame cameras. But, having a camera does not make one a photographer. One has to learn the ‘Art of Photography’. There needs to be a vision while taking a photograph as you have to say everything in a single frame. We, at Macro Media aim at creating students with a vision towards the aesthetic part of photography along with theoretical and technical knowledge. Course 1
Basic Digital Photography
Syllabus : Principle of photography ,
History , Camera Body , Lenses , Aperture , Shutter Speed ISO speed,
Depth of field , Focusing Ring , White Balance , Megapixel , Latest Cameras and technology , Flashgun, Studio lights , Filters, How to maintain your camera , Printing , Karizma Album , etc. Duration : 15 days (1 ½ hours per day. )
Course 2
Advanced Digital Photography
Syllabus : Basic Photoshop, Studio Lights, Composition,
Portrait photography, Creative Photography , etc. Duration : 30 days
2. Drawing and Painting : Today, you pay and buy artifacts made by others at a much higher price. What if you hang a painting or a craft made with your own hands on your wall? We, at Macro Media , aim at training students in drawing , painting and craft for various purposes ranging from competitive exams, a profession as well as a hobby of one’s leisure time. Course 1
Elementary and intermediate : This course is exclusively designed for school students who want to opt for elementary and intermediate exams. These exams are a liability towards taking admissions in the field of Engineering, Medical, Architecture, Interior Designing, Fashion Designing, Graphic Designing , Website Designing and Animation. Students also benefit from it with an increase in their marks during the Board Exams. Duration : 4 months
Batch 1 : 9 am to 11 am
Batch 2 : 11 am to 1 pm
Batch 3 : 3 pm to 5 pm
Subjects : Memory, Nature, Design, Geometry, Lettering, Still life, Free hand
Course 2
Art and Craft Hobby Class – The creative minds try to find a way for expressing their thoughts and feelings through drawings and paintings. But, many a times, due to other commitments, this may not be possible. Its never too late to learn an art. We, at Macro Media, aim at designing a course exclusively for women and men from all age groups. Anyone who has a wish and passion to learn can apply. Duration – 3 days per week ( 2 hours )

Subjects – Greeting card, Warli ,
Madhubani , Ajintha , Portrait , Landscape, Sketching , etc. Craft - Pot Painting, Wall Hanging , Tray and Stain Glass.
