Frankie Making Activity
The Frankie Making Activity at Pawar Public School, Nanded City for Senior KG students was conducted on Friday,14th November 2025.The little ones were excited to bring cucumber, tomato, cabbage, green chutney, butter knife, plain roti etc for the activity. Using simple ingredients they learn spreading, assembling, cutting fostering confidence and concentration.
They enjoyed making their own frankies and eating them along with their teachers. In this process the children gained deeper knowledge, understanding of eating healthy food and helped them learn and gave them a chance to prepare their own food.This activity also promoted language development by naming ingredients and steps. It was a fun,hands-on way to build essential life skills.

“Eating is a necessity, but cooking is an art.”

Pawar Public School, Nanded City, organized a lively Master Chef Activity on November 15, 2025, for Senior KG students. Fathers and children participated enthusiastically, preparing healthy dishes such as sprouts bhel, crispy sandwiches, dry fruit ladoos, fruit salad, beetroot juice and many more.

Students worked in groups of 5–6, wearing chef caps and aprons, and the entire event followed a no-plastic policy. Each team beautifully presented their dishes while the children confidently explained the ingredients, process of making the dish, benefits, and nutritional value.

The activity aimed to promote healthy eating habits along with strengthing skills like creativity, communication, teamwork and life skills. It was heartwarming to see dads and kids cooking together, laughing, and creating wonderful memories. The secret ingredient of the event was truly a blend of fun, teamwork, and love.

When Tradition meet togetherness -Grandparent’s day and Dassehra power Public School 🌸✨

Our Nursery classrooms came alive with love, laughter, and festivity as we celebrated Grandparents’ Day along with Dussehra. The day began with a soulful Saraswati Puja, followed by a touching PPT of children’s photographs and sweet greeting cards prepared by the little ones. 💝📸

Grandparents and grandchildren enjoyed fun games, a lively round of Antakshari, and shared their heartwarming experiences. 👵👴❤️ The celebration sparkled with an energetic Garba and Zumba session, spreading festive cheer all around. 💃🕺

To make the day even more special, grandparents were taken on a short school tour, visiting the art room with pottery art made by students and the library, offering a glimpse into their grandchildren’s creative and learning spaces. 🌟

It was truly a memorable celebration of tradition, togetherness, and family love.

On 26th September, our Pre-Primary students celebrated the joyful festival of Bhondla with great enthusiasm. Dressed in vibrant traditional attire, the little ones looked adorable as they came together to sing melodious Bhondla songs. 🎶💃

The celebration was not just about fun—it was also a way to help our young learners connect with our rich cultural traditions in a playful and engaging manner.

At Pawar Public School, Nanded City— we are not just shaping minds we are shaping habits for a healthier future!
To highlight the hidden dangers of excess sugar and empower students to make informed dietary choices, “a sugarless day-promoting health and wellness” was conducted on Tuesday,5th August 2025 in the school.
A dedicated sugar awareness board was set up showcasing essentials facts on recommended daily sugar intake, smarter and healthier alternatives and health risk linked to high sugar consumption and hidden sugar in everyday foods. Also, lively classrooms discussions and activities engaged the students understanding obesity, diabetes, dental problems etc.
The best part was to inculcate healthy lifestyle amongst students, teachers and parents and “say no to sugar.

*Counsellor Talk- Say No* *To Gadgets”*
Pawar Public School, Nanded City, conducted a drama on July 18th 2025 (i.e. Friday) for pre-primary tiny-tots to raise awareness about gadgets addiction and its consequences. It was presented by enthusiastic teachers Mrs. Amita Saundattikar, Mrs Neeraja Tirole, Mrs Nikita Uagale, Mrs. Neelam Walimbe and Mrs. Manasi Sonawane.
The message was given through the act was to avoid exposing children to excessive use of gadgets like mobile, laptops or tablet usage and encourage kids to do more physical activities like outdoor and indoor play, reading habits. Students enjoyed the activity to the fullest. The initiative aims to educate children on the importance of reducing screen time and encouraging them to engrossed in other areas.

🌼 Palkhi Procession Celebration – Pawar Public School, Nanded City 🌼

🎓 Participants: Pre-Primary Section – Nursery, Junior KG & Senior KG

Today’s Palkhi Procession at Pawar Public School, Nanded City was a heartwarming display of devotion, tradition, and cultural pride, celebrated with great enthusiasm by our Pre-Primary students.

🌟 Children from Nursery, Junior KG, and Senior KG gathered around the palkhi, forming a large semi circle, reciting melodious Abhangs, and clapping in rhythm with joyful expressions.

The students were dressed in beautiful traditional Maharashtrian attire – looking vibrant and festive. Some children held Taals (small hand cymbals) and played them along with the devotional songs, creating a spiritually rich and lively atmosphere.

🚩 A few students carried bright flags, proudly walking behind the palkhi. Several others helped in carrying the palkhi on their shoulders, taking turns with excitement and devotion.

🐎 A delightful highlight was the act by two students dressed as horses using a puppet costume, playfully circling the palkhi, bringing joy and charm to the entire event.

🎨 The whole celebration beautifully reflected the essence of the Wari tradition and helped children connect with their cultural roots through music, movement, and shared participation.

💫 It was a day of faith, colour, rhythm, and innocent celebration – a memory that will stay close to the hearts of our little ones and all who witnessed it.
