Ingredients -
1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup carrot, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup raw mango, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup pomegranate
2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
2 tbsp mint leaves, finely chopped
2-3 green chillies, finely chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Chaat masala to taste
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Instructions: Add all the ingredients in a big bowl, mix well, and it is ready to be served.
