🕉️ राम राम , Once, Shankar Prasad Vyas told Baba that he had given discourses on the story of Hanuman so many times but had not been able to see him in his divine form. Baba said, “Will you be able to bear the sight of him?” and kept quiet. Vyas also remained silent. That same night Vyas woke up with a start at about midnight. He opened the door of his room in Kainchi, and just as he was going out through it, a form as bright and huge as a golden mountain appeared before him. The spectacle frightened him, and he immediately closed the door and fell down on his bed. After this Baba entered his room and rubbing him gently, asked, “Are you alright?” Vyas recovered and bowed before Baba. - Divine Reality By Sri Ravi Prakash Pande ,सिया राम 🙏

🕉️ राम राम , You can demand of Maharajji. You can pray to Maharajji. Often results require some sort of action on your part to begin. As Lao Tsu said, “A journey of 10,000 miles begins with one step.” If you take the first step, Maharajji often handles the rest. You must listen for the first step that Maharajji is telling you to take. It can be as simple as going to the chemist and buying an over-the-counter medicine, or sending out your resume.
Some devotees never ever ask Maharajji for anything. These devotees feel that Maharajji knows everything within their minds and all of their karma. They feel it is ridiculous to ask Maharajji to fulfill some desire, because they know Maharajji will do what is best for them and it is simply not necessary to pray to Him for personal things. Yet, asking Maharajji cannot be wrong. So often the whole satsang prays for Maharajji to heal the illnesses of devotees.
If you have asked Maharajji for an opportunity, now you must recognize the opportunity when it is presented. You must not think about it. Put Maharajji first. Put the mind second. We know that the mind is a great servant but a lousy master. I always ask Maharajji to make His directions so clear that even a dummy like me can understand. You are a child of Maharajji. He is not limited like your birth parents. You must listen to him and act accordingly. - it All Abides in love by jai ram ransom , सिया राम 🙏

MAHARAJJI LOVED TO have the Sunderakand chapter from the Ramayana read aloud. At one point in the story, a message is brought to Sita (wife and devotee) from Ram (husband and God), from whom she has been separated. Ram is telling of his torment in being separated from such a pure devotee: “One’s agony is assuaged to some extent even by speaking of it; but to whom shall I speak about it? For there is no one who will understand. The reality about the chord of love that binds you and me, dear, is known to my soul alone; and my soul ever abides with you. Know this to be the essence of my love.” When this section was read, tears would roll down Maharajji’s cheeks, and often he would become immersed in a state of bliss. It was just this quality of love that bound us to Maharajji. Within and beyond the apples, the kindnesses, the kidding, the comings and goings, the abuses, was the love. Now and then he spoke of love, but always, he is love

🕉️ राम राम , People don’t usually go to the doctor unless they are sick. Maharajji is the Maha-doctor. Maharajji is the cure for so many things for so many people; whatever the sickness. This doesn’t mean disease, necessarily. People can be sick and tired of living in a loveless closed-hearted world, or sick of a family that is abusive or doesn’t understand them, or sick of working on the treadmill of a thankless heartless corporation. Many persons have become devotees of Maharajji because of heavy-duty health issues. Maharajji helps their heart to accept their situation and to find the guidance they are seeking. If one who comes to Maharajji is open and innocent and loving, Maharajji pulls them right in. If someone comes with an agenda of their own, He sends them away. Maharajji knows you and He knows what is in your heart. - It All Abides in love By Jai Ram Ransom , सिया राम 🙏

🕉️ राम राम , One of the results of chanting over a long period of time is that we begin to experience the freedom that comes from within. We begin to see that we’ve been projecting our movie the movie of Me onto the screen of the so-called outside world. As the lens on the projector gets freer of dust, what we see on the outside changes. Eventually we recognize that if we could clean the dust off that lens completely, then the fear, selfishness, greed, anger, and shame would disappear, and our light would shine out completely and radiantly. The sun rises, and its light shows us what the world looks like. We see the world more clearly as the light shines more brightly. The higher the sun rises, the clearer the landscape becomes, and we’re able to find our way more easily. Before the sunrise, we had no doubt that we were seeing the world clearly, and we lived and moved according to what we saw. But as the light increases, we realize that we weren’t seeing things as they truly are. Guru/God/Self is that light . . . always shining on us. The practice of the Name turns us in the direction of the light. The practice of the Name removes the dust from our eyes so that we can see the world as it really is: lit up by the light of the guru. ~ Chants of a lifetime by Krishnadas Sir , सिया राम 🌸

राम राम 🕉 Maharaj ji, accompanied by Ma, Jivanti Ma and a few other devotees would go to Allahabad almost every winter. As soon as his presence came to be known there, Allahabad became a spiritual centre for all. As with Maharaj ji everywhere, his doors were open to everyone and prasad was distributed all the time. However, when there were too many visitors, Maharaj would leave for Chitrakoot, Varanasi or Amarkantak, the source of the holy river Narmada. Often, he would visit the shrine of Vindhyavasini in Mirzapur. On one such visit, Maharaj, along with the mothers and a group of devotees, went to Vindhyachal for darshan at Vindhyavasini Temple. A short distance before the shrine, a narrow path climbs upwards to the temple. At the start of the ascent was a small mithai shop. Maharaj ji sat down here while the group shopped for prasad and other puja articles. They returned to Maharaj ji, requesting him to proceed to the shrine. Maharaj ji took the puja thali from one of the devotees, and turning to Ma, he put the sindoor tilak and rice on her forehead. Thus, offering
puja to her, he said, Meri Vindhyavasini toh Mai hai. (My Vindhyavasini is Mai.) He then asked the others to proceed to the temple. Years later, when we went to Vindhyachal, Jivanti Mataji showed me the sweet shop where Maharaj ji had sat and performed this puja to Ma. - Sri Siddhi Maa By Sri Jaya Didi , सिया राम 🌸

🕉️ राम राम , An oft-asked question is: who was Neem Karoli Baba? Was he a mystic, an ascetic who aspired for and achieved the highest powers, the siddhis? Was he one of those miracle-sadhus so abundant in India? Or just a grandfather-figure in the homes he visited, fondly called ‘Hanuman buju’ by the children of Kumaon? These varied questions perhaps have varied
answers, for Maharaj ji excelled in the art of deluding aspirants the moment they got a glimpse of even a tiny ray of his infinite spiritual depth. If put to me, this question would have a simple answer: Maharajji was divine love incarnate.I remember hearing this anecdote. One day, sitting in a gathering, he suddenly turned to ask an elderly lady: ‘Tum mujhko kyon pyaar karte ho?’ (Why do you have such love for me?) And then, before the baffled person could think of an appropriate reply, he himself answered, ‘Kyon ki main tumko pyaar karta hoon. (Because I have such love for you.) His love was beyond the law of cause and effect. The incessant flow of his grace and compassion seemed to have had no reason and no season. - Sri Siddhi Ma By Sri Jaya didi , सिया राम 🙏

"As your spiritual practices start to work, your reasons for being with people start to change, and who you want to be with changes too. Sometimes it's not easy, as longstanding relationships or jobs are discarded.
Your old friends might find you a little dull because you've experienced a taste of a certain kind of truth - a deeper truth connected to a different quality of being.
Social interactions that used to be engaging pale next to the attraction of the Beloved, and social life begins to seem surreal. Not everyone can 'hear' the quality of the spiritual experience you are having. You are looking for God, for whatever form of the Beloved touches your heart.
You are looking everywhere..."

🕉️ राम राम , MAHARAJJI OFTEN told the following story, which some devotees suspected was about himself: In a small village there was a tiny Hanuman temple to which the local people would come. The practice is for a devotee to bring some sweets and offer them to the murti by giving them to the priest, who then takes the sweets into the room or alcove where the murti is and draws a curtain. Then he offers the sweets to the murti with appropriate mantras. After this the priest usually takes a few of the sweets and sets them aside to be given later to the poor neighborhood children. The rest he brings back to the devotee-donor as prasad, which the devotee then eats as a blessing from Hanuman. It so happened that the old priest in this village was called away by illness in his family, and he left a young neighborhood boy who loved to be around the temple to take care of the temple while he was away. Soon some devotees came and brought sweets, and the boy took them as he had seen the priest do and went behind the curtain. Even though he had never been with Hanuman when the curtain was closed, he offered the sweets to the murti. But Hanuman wouldn’t take them. The boy became upset and demanded that Hanuman take some of the sweets. He even picked up a stick and began to beat the murti. Suddenly all the sweets disappeared from the dish. The boy returned to the devotees, joyfully explaining that Hanuman had accepted their offering. The devotees, who were used to receiving back a portion of their gift, concluded that the boy had decided to keep all their gift for himself, and beating the boy, they sent him away. When the old priest returned and was told about this incident, he said, “All my life I had hoped to become pure enough so that my offerings would be accepted by Hanuman. But I never was. This young boy had that purity and was so blessed.” - Miracle of love by babaramdass , सिया राम 🙏

🕉️ राम राम , Babaji used many methods to mitigate the sufferings and hardships of people who visited him. They were seldom done in the public gaze, but they were going on every day. Some poor farmer would come and say, “Out of my one pair of bullocks, which is my only source of living, one has died and I have no money to purchase another.” An old woman would come and say, “My daughter has reached marriageable age, but I have no money to pay for her marriage.” Another comes with his tale, “My brother is suffering from tuberculosis and I have no money for his treatment.” Such things would go on all the time. Few would leave disappointed. It was never publicized, but help was always coming from him in some form or other.
Leaving aside physical suffering and mental torture, there was another kind of deeper and more painful suffering which Babaji could not neglect. Many times it was to rescue the helpless that he had to run away like a vagabond. Sometimes unimaginable calamities come to people — someone has died, someone has been thrown out of another’s heart, or a severe shock or disappointment from one’s near or dear ones has unhinged them totally. Pain of the body or the mind can often be tolerated, but pain of the heart becomes killing. Faced with such a disaster or disappointment, they are stranded; there is no one to whom they can look for support. Very few of us are so devoted to God that we truly believe that the help we need will come from there. We need some tangible response to our cries. Our cries reached Baba and made him rush to us — seen or unseen by others. He came and talked to us, not quoting from scriptures, but in his own sweet way. He consoled us with pats on the head, whispered words of cheer accompanied by his infectious smile, trying to bring a smile to our face. We do not know how many tears of men, women and children he wiped away with his sweet words, compassionate touches, and soothing smiles. Only Babaji knows… – Excerpt from The Near and the Dear by Dada Mukerjee , सिया राम 🙏

🕉️ राम राम ,Maharajji commissioned Coloni Walla Baba to paint Kainchi Ashram. In Hindi, Coloni Walla means “one who paints.” This is a very loose retelling of a story I heard in Vrindavan years ago. Coloni Walla began work on painting the ashram blue. Maharajji went away. After some time the painting was completed and Maharajji returned. He harshly upbraided Coloni Walla and said that he had ruined the ashram. Maharajji called him names such as fool and idiot, and then told Coloni Walla to repaint the ashram with a different color. So Coloni Walla repainted the entire ashram green. Maharajji returned and again harshly criticized Coloni Walla, called him many names, told him he had ruined the ashram, and told him to repaint the ashram with a different color. Maharajji then went away. Coloni Walla then painted the ashram pink. Upon His return, He summoned Coloni Walla and again reproached him for wrecking the ashram and demanded that Coloni Walla repaint the entire ashram yet again. Maharajji again went away. This time Coloni Walla painted the ashram yellow and orange. When Maharajji returned He said, “Very good.” I cannot be sure of the colors or the sequence they were painted, but the story illustrates the love of Maharajji for Coloni Walla because in this way Maharajji was able to give Coloni Walla and his family employment and a place to live for a long time at Kainchi Ashram. - It All Abides in Love By Jai Ram Ransom , सिया राम 🙏
