The 38th Foundation Day–cum–General Conference of the Bingdung Cultural Society (BCS) was successfully held at Sangram General Ground with vibrant participation from the community.

The programme commenced in the morning with a flag hoisting ceremony conducted by Shri Bingdung Rido Allo, President of the Bingdung Cultural Society, marking the formal inauguration of the event.

The occasion was graced by Shri Balo Raja, Hon’ble Minister for Land Management, Civil Aviation, and Urban Affairs, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, as the Chief Guest. The event was further honoured by the presence of Shri Pani Taram, Hon’ble MLA, 21–Koloriang ST Assembly Constituency, and Hon’ble Advisor to PHE & WS, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, as the Guest of Honour.

The All Upper Subansiri District Students’ Union (AUSDSU) has unanimously recommended Shri Mato Bui as its Official Candidate for the post of General Secretary and Shri Zentle Mosu (Tatil) as Official Candidate for the post of Finance Secretary in the forthcoming AAPSU Election 2026–29.

Contesting for the second consecutive term, the candidature of Shri Mato Bui reflects his steadfast determination, proven commitment, and unwavering resolve to serve the larger interests of the student community of Arunachal Pradesh. Recognising his leadership qualities, clarity of vision, and dedication to student-centric issues, the students’ fraternity reposes great hope and confidence in his ability to lead the apex students’ body with integrity, responsibility, and purpose.

Similarly, Shri Zentle Mosu (Tatil), recommended for the post of Finance Secretary, is known for his sincerity, organisational acumen, and commitment to transparency and accountability, making him a capable and dependable choice for the responsibility.

To formally declare and celebrate this unanimous endorsement, the AUSDSU will host an Official Declaration Programme on 12th January 2026 at Itanagar, marking a significant milestone in the run-up to the AAPSU Elections 2026–29.
