We produced the Hindi serial named – Tulsi More Angna’ which just concluded on DD national. The 52-episodes serial was telecast on every Wednesday and Thursday at 10 PM. It catered to the rural masses and also fictionalized how a village girls turns out to be a good entrepreneur. We were the co-producer of another Hindi serial named – Purva Suhani Aayi Re’ which also was telecast on DD national, just before the Tulci More Angna. The theme of this 52-episode serial too was rural-centric and showcased how various welfare schemes by the government play a big role in empowering the villagers and reforming the villages. Another series Jaanne Ka Haq, initially made by him is still being telecast on Doordarshan. A true professional who possesses rich experience in print as well as broadcast news management, he has proven record of efficient handling of TV news and current affairs programmes in a highly competitive environment and is adept at organising team of reporters for live coverage of big events like human tragedies, riots, general elections etc. The documentary on Gujarat genocide produced and directed by him titled “In The Name Of Faith” is the very first documentary, which caught the mindless killings of innocents on camera, with live footages and exclusive interviews with the survivors of the pogrom.
