When I started my business 10 years ago, I frequently used to ask these 2 questions to myself : Am I Doing Things Right & Am I Doing the Right Things?

This simple question has become my compass as a small business owner.

> DOING THINGS RIGHT is about ex*****on—quality, precision, and delivering on promises.

> DOING THE RIGHT THINGS is about strategy—focusing on what truly drives growth and aligns with vision.

In recent years post global pandemic , hospitality business has been booming and focus has been on ex*****on. It's easy to stay busy, but busyness is not necessarily progress. Success comes from balancing the two—working smart and with intention.
