Research says that many people stop learning at their 18. And that is the one reason I became a Strategic Sales Trainer. I have to continue learning. I have to keep learning in order to have something relevant to say to participants. I believe that self upgradation is a must, what used worked a decade ago may have or be outdated.

The best thing I am doing is making people learn and continue learning by my classroom training or through my best selling books. This is the best thing I do to help others keep learning. I share the value of What, How and Why to keep them on toe. I help sales people master the arts of strategic selling. Once they master, it will help them find an answer to challenges they will encounter in the future.

It’s been exactly 25 years I graduated in Psychology Honours from Ranchi University, Ranchi. My interest about knowing human nature through normal and abnormal behaviour made me study Psychology with ease. Often I use to visit mental hospital in Kanke, Ranchi for my projects on observation methods and Interviews methods.

While talking to couple of Doctors and staff at the hospital I understood well that psychological methodologies are applied to treatment of mentally unstable people and health problems. And then psychological studies helped me in interactions and towards understanding people behaviour and finding solutions of problems. Therefore I follow psychological aspects that ultimately aims to benefit our society to deal with emotional intelligence.

Once we understand behavior of humans and non-humans it’s easier to find solutions to deal with them. My biggest interest in Psychology includes the study of conscious mind, subconscious mind and unconscious mind, feelings and thoughts that helped me a lot in learning and teaching strategic sales methodology.

Procrastination is often caused by fear of failure or perfectionism. We procrastinate because we're afraid of not being good enough or making mistakes. The best way to overcome procrastination is to start small. Don't try to tackle your biggest goals all at once. Instead, break them down into smaller, more manageable tasks.

Companies Must Invest in training people mainly sales people coz they negotiate the contracts. A sales team is most valuable asset, therefore investing in training the right set of people and take care of their well-being.

Frankly speaking, it can be done by anyone if they know the right way to do it. You don't need to be a highly qualified genius for it.

I did it, and so have thousands of sales people who learned these strategies. They didn’t have knowledge of these strategies before theyattended my strategic sales training, and some had never even serve an producing account on a strategic way before. However they did it.

Keep on growing by bringing change in someone’s life and lifting them up! In a competitive world of today, it's easy to believe that someone’s loss is our gain. However the growth happens by helping and lifting others, irrespective it is personal or professional.

People do not remember what you said but they remember how you made them feel, and those positive relationships will serve you well in your lifetime. When we help others succeed, we also set the stage for our success.
Therefore, I suggest that focus on collaboration over competition. Let’s have a win win attitude forever and ever.
