The first song that stayed with me in its entirety from Coke Studio was Aik Alif. It was released in June 09 lines "jo mann ke Dariya mei doube / kaisi naaiya kya manidaar"

Kissi ne nahi kaha doube tou Sahi. Naaiya Bhi tum khud manjdhar Bhi tum khud. Aur maanjhii Bhi tum khud.

It all starts with belief in your self and it takes shape when you start believing in your self a little more. In between the belief in yourself and believing a little more you meet people. Some lift you & some have their own fights.

From listening to Aik Alif from Coke Studio to Alif feat Noor Mohammad & Ashima Mahaian & Wanvun in Coke Studio, It's a great moment recognise the journey so far. To be an artist is a mountain to climb and it never ends. Carrying your doubts joys success failure criticism on your shoulders. Often coming down is even more difficult than climbing. You win some moments you lose some moments.

And journey is a pendulum between you wanting to believe Tumhein Maloom Nahi Tum Kaun Ho
/ Tum Qaid Nahi Jo ljazat Lo and you actually believing it.

And now feels like

I may be no scholar but with force of fire I let my blood burn my being
