The anger originator is the first victim of anger.
Do you know who is the first victim of anger? The answer is ‘the one who originated the anger’.
The primary person who suffers the consequences of your anger is yourself.
When we become angry and allow our emotions to control us, we often end up causing harm to ourselves before anyone else. In other words, your anger can negatively impact your own well-being, mental state, and relationships.
As a human, we have the ability to control this emotion called ‘Anger’. Getting angry is natural but carrying the anger and further reacting on the basis of anger is unnatural. This unnatural part can be controlled by human beings.
As human beings, we should learn to manage and control our anger in a healthy way, for the sake of our own well-being and the well-being of those around us. It suggests that rather than letting anger consume us and potentially cause self-destructive behavior, it's better to find constructive ways to process and express our emotions.
