TRAINING SOLUTIONS

In our experiential need-based training sessions, you do not just acquire “tips” to handle certain situations, but dive into your own experiences and explore your own qualities to figure out what works for you. We deliver a comprehensive series of training workshops along with one-on-one counseling sessions to better align our experiences to serve the candidate’s needs. The notion of need-based training is to bring out the ‘You’niqueness within you.

MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS

It often happens that we keep grappling with unanswered questions, questions that leave us feeling lost and confused. They can be small questions of how to crack an important interview, or big questions like purpose of life. Often, it is frustrating to find solutions to these questions and we end up wishing for a buddy, a friend who can BE THERE FOR US. We at Power Within, seek to provide to you just this space and be just this person.

Margaret Mead once said that- “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”Only by sharing with the world, one has truly gained enrichment and meaning in life. With this thought forward, Power Within encourages all segments of society to collaborate on the long-term development by working with various NGOs and social initiatives.
