KNSU with GUPS Class VII has successfully conducted a Social-Service Program in Medical at K/Noknu.
KNSU is a promising Union trying to participate in every social-related issue and contribute to the upliftment of students' welfare in the village.
The union also discussed the staff crisis at the medical and ensured placing the proposal to the Coordinator of Karuna Trust-Arunachal Pradesh for sufficient staff in the medical.

Lastly, I would like to Thank the class VII Students and medical staff of K/Noknu for their valuable time with us.

"Notes of Gratitude"

The Kamhua Noknu Students Union (KNSU) led by the Sh.Langwang Losu (President KNSU & Speaker LDSU) .Mantaw Pansa(AGS) .Wangje Wangsa (SS Secy.) .Jaman Wangnaw (Games & Sport Secy) .Ngahgan Ganam- organized the Annual Awareness-Cum-Counseling Program with the students & Teaching Staff of Govt. Upper Primary School K/Noknu.
Foremost, the Union Felicitated Ms.Phejon Gangsa & Sh. Nokjon Losu for securing 1st & 2nd position in the Poster Writing Competition on the occasion of "SWACHHTA HI SEVA" organized by Longding District on 2nd Oct 2024( Gandhi Jayanti).
Followed by the brainstorming program was initiated to create awareness among the students about the basic methods and principles of education and its vital role in day-to-day life. The role of education in socio-economic development. Union play as a spark to ignite the ideas & vision of the students.
We urge the students to set a goal and focus on their studies; any problem throughout the preparation, the union will extend every possible help. The Union encouraged the students to adhere to daily routine and to follow it strictly. Also, motivated them to plant and beautify the school campus. The teaching staff exchange their views on the "Wisdom of Wall Mission" and the shortage of meeting halls- also, sharing with them the values of education in life- it brings creativity and enhances the standardized lifestyle.

Lastly, we are privileged and thankful to the teaching staff and students for the mass participation and warm
hospitality due to the short-call program.

*"No Joy Can Equal The Joy of Serving Others"*

During the recent visit to the Upper Primary School (UPS) & Residential School at Kamhua Noknu by *Kamhua Noknu Students' Union (KNSU)*, the sole motive of visiting was to interact with the students and staff of the school for the better functioning of the school and the performance of the students. Where we exchange thoughts and ideas for advanced teaching techniques and skills for students to comprehend the syllabus and unlock the communication gap between the students and teachers, Union asked to use the mother tongue as a bridge to fill the language problem at the primary level. We urge the school authority to prioritise the beautification and hygiene of the school campus. Union also appreciate the sweat and effort made by the staff for the positive results of the students. Vis-à-Vis expressed the shortage of books and other grievances of the daily user. At their request, we, the KNSU, promised to sort out this matter without a second thought. So, we received-
1). *20 nos. of Social Science Books for Class-7*.
2). *More then 200 nos.of books for class-1 & 2*.
3). *Including students work-book for 1-2 & 3*.

We also expressed our gratitude to DDSE Longding and the staff for the prompt action on the union appeal. Your prior concern in this regard is kindly appreciated by KNSU.

*"Swachhta Hi Seva"*
An initiative of the Swachh Bharat Mission, aims to generate greater public participation, reinforce the concept of “sanitation as everyone's business”. The Kamhua Noknu Students' Union(KNSU) under the leadership of Sh. Langwang Losu President KNSU & Gen. Secretary Sh. Mantai Losu, Losu AGS Admin Pansa AGS

Losu Astt. Social Service Secy. organised the *"Water Tank Clean Drive"* the main source of water supply tank in the village. The sole motive of the Union is to culminate the Mahatma Gandhi's 150th birth year celebration with a nationwide campaign. We encourage and request all the denizens of Kamhuanu to conduct the 100hrs per year that is 2 hrs per week to voluntary work for the cleanliness of the village *"Let's together make the Kamho Clean and Green Village".*

Had a fruitful interaction program with the students and Teaching staff at residential school Zinlo Longkai.
Very pleased to witnessed well maintained discipline and hygienic surrounding. From next year, we assured to conduct GK test, drawing-painting competition every year to enhance the knowledge and interest of students. We would like to extend our gratitude to beloved students and teaching staff for warm welcome and hospitality.

MEETING MINUTES

The meeting minutes was held on 26th December 2023 at Community Hall K/Noknu. The meeting was grace by Sh. Haiwang Losu as a guest, Sh. Jatwang Wangsa, Khunki, Pankai Chingsaham and Nokphe as an advisor of KNSU. Sh. Mantai Losu (Gen. Secy KNSU) Sh. Wangtah Losu(GS Admin) as a Drafting committee and all the Executive members of KNSU attended the meeting.
The meeting was held in two sessions - one calendar Launching programme and two- discussions for the coming programme.

The meeting unanimously adopted the following few points in the meeting resolution.
1. The Union will conduct the Mass Awareness Program under Khakam Block- S*x Awareness, Education Awareness and Drugs Awareness.
2. The house adopted the Union will conduct the mass protest rally against the drug peddlers, Hunting and Fishing at K/Noknu Village.

The house also discussed various important topics and ideas for the betterment of the village for the coming future.
We would like to express our gratitude of thanks to Sh. Haiwang Losu GPC K/Noknu for sponsoring the union calendar 2024, we believe that your contribution towards KNSU will always be remembered and will be highly appreciated. Also thanks to all the advisor members for being with us patiently till the last of the meeting.
