As per a report released by the Broadcast Audience Research Council of India (BARC), the average daily reach of Fateh TV increased by a whopping 40% in the week 18 as compared to the pre-COVID-19 reach in week 10. It was during the live telecast from Bibi Kaulan Ji Bhalai Kender Trust, Amritsar and Bhai Daya Singh Ji, Ludhiana, aired between 2 pm and 6 pm, that the major viewership hike was recorded. As soon as the live telecast began, the channel saw an upward trend in the viewership, which was explained because people cannot visit Gurudwaras due to the lockdown restrictions. The convenience of watching the “Daily Nitnem” (Special daily prayer) from the comfort of their homes also saw a big jump in the viewership of Fateh TV channel.
