Varanasi, one of the oldest cities in the world, is known for its bustling and diverse crowds. The city’s ghats along the sacred Ganges River draw pilgrims, tourists, and locals alike. Pilgrims come to perform religious rituals, while tourists seek to witness the city’s spiritual and cultural vibrancy. The narrow lanes of Varanasi are always bustling with activity, from vendors selling street food to Sadhus (holy men) offering blessings. The city’s unique charm lies in the harmonious coexistence of tradition and modernity within its crowded streets, making it a captivating destination for those seeking a glimpse into India’s rich cultural tapestry.#VaranasiDiaries #GangaGhat #SpiritualJourney #VaranasiVibes #SacredCity #TemplesOfIndia #CulturalHeritage #IncredibleVaranasi #GangesRiver #Banaras #appytalesinvaranasi #appytales

Visiting Kuldhara, the abandoned village near Jaisalmer was like going back in time.
The village has its own charm mostly because of its golden hues and ruins different than those of forts and monuments.
It has an interesting story behind it. The village is said to be cursed and was abandoned overnight some 300 years ago, prior to which, it was a prosperous village of Paliwal Brahmins. This place falls under the @archaeologicalsurveyofindia and is considered to be spooky till date.
You are not allowed to visit this place after 5 PM. Nothing spooky about it during the day. So please make sure you visit this renowned village and hear its story from the locals.
