We are saddened to learn the passing away of Dr ST Phuntsog (Dr Smanla), a senior doctor who has served Ladakh not just as a doctor but also through several voluntary societies in different capacities. Our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members and prayers for his swith rebirth in the realms 🙏🙏🙏

Dear Friends,
Greetings from LiTM team. As you know that 'Ladakh In The Media' has been a independent voice for the people of Ladakh for almost a decade now. Initially, it began as a Facebook group, with nearly 50K members now, almost 99% of whom are from Ladakh. Later, we created the Ladakh In The Media page also. Unfortunately, we encountered some technical issues, resulting in the loss of the previous page with over 13k followers. I sincerely hope and believe it was just a technical glitch.
Here, I've created a new page, and we would be grateful if you could follow, like, and share it. With a labourious voluntary service by its admins over the years, LiTM has been a platform welcoming every Ladakh resident, transcending political and other ideological differences.
Let's rebuild our independent voice !
