A seven-year-old girl was attacked by stray dogs and seriously injured in Kulgam, Mudargam. People saved the girl from the dogs with great difficulty. After which the girl was taken to a nearby hospital, where the doctors bandaged the girl's body and shifted her to District Hospital Anantnag. Tulip Garden to be closed for public from tomorrow

Srinagar: Tulip Garden in Srinagar, which is one of the major tourist attractions in Kashmir, will be closed for general public from tomorrow.

An official told KNO that as the Tulip bloom is almost over, the garden will be closed from tomorrow.

The garden, which is located at the foothills of the Zabarwan Range, was opened for tourists on March 25 this year. During this period, tourists from different parts of the country thronged to the garden to witness Tulip blooms.

Floriculture officer Shayiq Rasool told KNO that Tulip Garden witnessed an overwhelming response from the visitors, especially during the Tulip festival.

He said with the end of the Tulip Bloom season, the authorities have decided to close the garden for general public from tomorrow.
