Our Story
The book company that publishes must-read books under the imprints Indulekha Pusthakam, Tamara and Poompatta. We have a self publishing service too, named Book Solutions. Founded by Swapna Thomas and Tom J Mangatt, we started our journey in December 2005 from Kottayam, a small town in Kerala.
We also run Kerala's No.1 online bookstore www.indulekha.com, which has the biggest collection of Malayalam books from more than 100 publishers. It is the first Kerala website to enter the Limca Book of Records, in 2007, after its exhibition of the complete works of Jnanpith Award winner M T Vasudevan Nair. Held between April 18 to May 19, 2006, the exhibition was the first of its kind in the history of Indian internet. This website entered the Limca Book twice later; in 2009 and 2011.
