Duranta Barta was established on 1st December 1995. It was a new dawn in the blue sky of Bengal and Kolkata which gave birth to the new Bengali Daily Duranta Barta. It was started by Mr Alok Kumar Naskar who has acquired a vast experience in the field of media and communication.
Duranta Barta was started with only 2 persons and now we can proudly say that we comprise of a team of 36 well efficient and highly knowledgeable reporters , computer operators , photographers and marketing professionals.

Duranta Barta is not only distributed in Bengal and Kolkata but also has made its mark in Assam ,Tripura ,Delhi and Mumbai as well.
