Service Sarkar is hiring fresh/experienced Business Development Executive to expend the business

Responsibilities
• Business development for targeted SMB customer segment (B2B). Cloud base product demonstration, hand holding of customers during trail period and customer specific software configuration and SOP creation.
• Responsible for customer business growth, digital marketing and software requirement
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Requirements and skills
• Graduate/Diploma in marketing or a related field
• Good communication & presentation skill in Bengali, Hindi and English
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Experience in Facebook and google ads creation, posting and optimization
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Angular JS and PHP /JavaScript development and constraints
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Good experience in MS office tools like PPT/XLS/Document
• Good Knowledge in content creation
• Knowledge in digital marketing, any database
Work location and shift time
• Office location Birati, Kolkata,WB (Near Dum Dum Airport) – Weekly 6 days full time (from office or remote)
• General shift – 9 hours
Provisional Period and Salary
• 3 months provisional period
• As per market standard
