"Adarsha Titumeer Patrika" was first published in 1998. Dhritarashtra Dutta, the editor and founder of the newspaper, got the approval of the Government of India for his relentless efforts to publish universal news. wever, in honor of his ideological struggle against the British indigo planters, our newspaper was published. Syed Mir Nisar Ali, better known as Titumir, was a Bengali Muslim freedom fighter who led a campaign against the British rule in India during the 19th century. Inspired by his unequal struggle against the misrule of the zamindars and the British in spite of hundreds of adversities, our newspaper was renamed. He deeply felt the need to build a fort in the army's need for self-defense in order to organize against the zamindars and the British indigo planters. For the time being and financially he built a bash fort at Narikelbaria near Calcutta. However, with the publication of newspapers from the North 24 Parganas district, the word "bamboo fort" comes to mind. And from there the life story of the great revolutionary Titumir comes to mind. That is why the ideal of this great revolutionary has been chosen. Since then, we have been serving the news only for the common man, with truth and sincerity, maintaining "political neutrality". We started publishing newspapers from North 24 Parganas district fortnightly. Then one by one we raise the "question of the common man" to the elected government and start another section or newspaper according to the needs of the reader. And the newspaper was named "Sambad Titumeer" in memory of the great revolutionary Titumir. "Sambad Titumeer" gets RNI approval from Indian government in 2014. Since then, we have covered the investigative news and the news of the district that has escaped the cameras of the "daily news media" for the general public. Since then, we have been able to find a place in people's minds little by little. So for the convenience of the readers, we have been publishing our newspapers “Adarsha Titumeer Patrika” and “Sambad Titumeer” simultaneously on a weekly basis. Our “Adarsha Titumeer Patrika” and “Sambad Titumeer” are published on the 1st, 8th, 16th, 24th of every English month. In fact, he never cared about the fear of death of freedom fighter Titumir. Following in the footsteps of that ideology, “Adarsha Titumeer Patrika” and “Sambad Titumeer” is constantly trying to bring up the issues of corruption, immorality, development, environment, etc. in the society, especially the unseen aspects in the form of continuous news. At present, this "universal newspaper" is not limited to the North 24 Parganas district. 'Titumeer' newspapers are now being published simultaneously in 11 districts of West Bengal. The districts are Kolkata, North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas, Nadia, East Midnapore, West Midnapore, Birbhum, Purulia, Howrah, Hooghly, Burdwan. In this century, Titumeer's group, desperate for research, has been able to gather irrefutable evidence of various events of incredible life by searching the documents of various archives and has become the center of irresistible attraction of the citizens by publishing unknown, creepy mysterious news. Legendary journalist Gourkishore Ghosh and Adhir Biswas told the Calcutta Press Club, "Titumir will survive in “Adarsha Titumeer Patrika” and “Sambad Titumeer”.
