Chitpur Rail Yard level crossing connecting Bagbazar and Kashipur was constructed as an alternative route to Tala Setu. Railgates sit on either side of the Chakrarail line. According to the administration, the main work of that level crossing was done by the railway, but the municipality did the work on both sides of the road.
The level crossing was originally built for the movement of goods vehicles.

Due to the closure of the Tala Bridge, heavy goods vehicles coming through BT Road had to speed up to enter the city for the past few months. As the level crossing was open, vehicles carrying heavy goods could pass through it. On one side of the level crossing is the Brajdayal Saha Road of Kashipur. At the other end is Pranath Mukherjee Road towards Bagbazar. Only cycle trains run between level crossings. The two lines of that yard have been completed for the time being before the Kashipur bridge for level crossing. A few railway depots had to be demolished to make the road passable.

The Karnataka government made a strong plea in the Supreme Court demanding the ban on hijab. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta appeared on behalf of the Karnataka government in the Supreme Court on Tuesday.
He said, 'There are many countries in the world, which are constitutionally Islamic countries. There is also a protest against the hijab.'

A two-judge division bench of the apex court asked Tushar Mehta about which country he was talking about. In response, the Karnataka government said, 'There is a protest in Iran. So hijab is not essential. Just because it is mentioned in the Qur'an does not mean that it is essential. Maybe it falls within acceptable or standard behaviour.' Today, Tushar Mehta said that the Karnataka government's order to ban religious clothing in education is not specific to any religion or gender. It has been said that no religious dress can be worn. Not only the hijab, the ocher dress has also been banned in educational institutions. Dusmantha Davey countered the Karnataka government's question on behalf of the litigants. He said, 'It is by no means comprehensive. It is a deliberate attempt to marginalize minorities.
It is to be noted that the Karnataka government issued a directive on February 5 to ban the wearing of hijab in educational institutions. Since then, protests started on the issue of hijab in Serajj. Especially in Udupi district, schools and colleges turned into battlegrounds due to the protests. The Karnataka government had to close schools and colleges for several days due to the protests.

An appeal was filed in the Karnataka High Court to lift the ban. But the High Court upheld the ban. Several cases were challenged in the Supreme Court challenging this verdict. In the same hearing, the Karnataka government made a strong request to ban the hijab. However, at the same time, they said, not only hijab is also covered by the prohibition of the ocher north.

Goddess Durga is enshrined here on a stucco structure. A family of tens is formed by drawing different colors on the wooden structure. Here the faces of Durga, Lakshmi, Saraswati, Kartika and Asura are painted in such a way that only one side of the face is visible, except Ganesha. A horse is painted instead of the lion, Maa Durga's vehicle. Pateshwari Durga is painted once every 12 years. But never any change is made in the form of the deity.

No one knows how old is the history of Sanatan Dharma born in the bosom of India and who propagated this religion, for which Sanatan Hinduism is called the oldest religion in the world. There is no such ancient religion in the world today. Traditional religion is not just a belief but a way of life. Brahma, Vishnu, Maheshwar are called Trideva according to Santana religion. Lord Shiva or Maheshwar is called the Destroyer. There is no one as merciful as Lord Shiva, the doer of prolaya and tandava. There are twelve places in India where Lord Shiva himself visited his devotees, hence these twelve places are considered as special places of Mahadev.
In the scriptures these places are called the twelfth Jyotirlinga. The names, history of the twelve Jyortilingas will be discussed in detail. Among the 18 Mahapuranas of Hinduism, Shiva Purana details the twelfth Jyotirlinga. According to the Hindu belief, darshan of these twelve Jyotirlingas brings liberation.
