Barlangfa Club claimed victory in the 3rd Late Gopal Chandra Basumatary Memorial Football Trophy at the Kandaram Basumatary Mini Stadium, Kashibari, in Kokrajhar.

Barlangfa Club defeated the Gaonbura Association team with a 1-0 victory

The champion team was awarded ₹50,000 and a trophy, while the runner-up team received ₹30,000. The third-placed team earned ₹20,000.

Organized by Saya Maya Club, the tournament in memory of Gopal Chandra Basumatary, a renowned footballer and social worker.

1. Inclusion of the Bodo language paper in the Assam Judicial Service Examinations.

2. Inclusion of the Bodo language in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET).

3. Establishment of 35 new Bodo-medium high schools.

4. Upgradation of 101 Bodo-medium high schools to higher secondary schools, along with the recruitment of teachers for these upgraded institutions.

5. Immediate provincialization of venture schools by implementing Clause 6.3 of the BTR Accord.

6. Recruitment for the vacant and dropout positions in Bodo-medium schools.
