Lord Shri Ram is Everyone's , no one should become 'Numberdar' : Shiv Sena

Memorandum to the Trust , do not let faith be politicized

Jammu: After hundreds of years of long wait and struggle, the inauguration of the grand Shri Ram temple, the consecration and consecration ceremony of Ramlala is going to be organized in Ayodhya on 22 January 2024, hearty congratulations to the entire country and Sanatan Samaj, Lord Shri Ram‌ is Everyone's, all devotees, especially the organizations involved in the temple movement, should get the privilege of witnessing this moment, stated by Manish Sahni, president president Shiv Sena (UBT).
Jammu and Kashmir unit.

In a press conference held at the party state office in Jammu today, state chief Manish Sahni said that the inauguration and consecration ceremony of Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya on January 22 is the realisation of a dream. After hundreds of years of struggle, sacrifices and waiting, we are blessed with this joyful moment. The politicization of this grand religious ceremony and the uproar arising from the selective invitation are hurting the religious sentiments of Ram devotees.
Sahni said that
Even today one gets goosebumps remembering the atmosphere of Ayodhya in 1992. Young, old and women from all over the country had joined this movement to reclaim the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple. How can the fearless style of venerable Bala Saheb Thackeray and the struggle of Shiv Sainiks be forgotten in the battle of Ram Mandir.
Party's national president Uddhav Saheb Thackeray had given the slogan "Pehele Mandir Phir Sarkar". The Suryavanshi Kshatriyas of Saraivanshi village, 15 kilometers away from Ayodhya, did not even wear turban and shoes for hundreds of years because of the pledge to build the temple.
Sahni said that he has no problem in inviting celebrities and people who had no contribution in the temple movement , but ignoring those including Shiv Sena who was actively the part of the movement was absolutely unacceptable.
Along with this, preventing common Ram devotees from being a part of this historical moment cannot be justified at all.
He said that Lord Shri Ram belongs to everyone, no one should try to become "Numberdar" .
He said that a memorandum has also been sent to Shri Ram Mandir Janmabhoomi Teerth Trust, not to make it celebrity shiw , give due recognition to this who uave fought for it.
On this occasion President mehila wing Meenakshi Chhibber, Gen Secretary Vikas Bakshi , Vice president Sanjeev Kohli , Balwant Singh , President Kanghar wing Raj Singh , Mangu Ram were present

*Government Order Nullifying Waiting Lists Raises Concerns for Deserving Candidates*

[Jammu, 2/01/2024] - The recent government order, GAD-MTG0RBIV/127/2023 dated 26th September 2023, has abolished the provision for waiting lists concerning various exams conducted by the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB). This decision, which affects a diverse range of positions including Field Inspector (FI), Field Assistant (FA), Junior Environmental Engineer (JEE), Junior Engineer Civil (JE Civil) in Jal Shakti and Public Works Department (PWD), Stock Assistant, Village Level Worker (VLW), Jammu and Kashmir Police Sub-Inspector (JKP-SI), Junior Assistant, Lab Assistant, Data Entry Operator, Finance Accounts Assistant (FAA), and many more exams, has presented significant challenges for deserving candidates.

It is worth highlighting that Jammu and Kashmir stands out as the only Union Territory/State in India to abolish waiting lists for recruitment. This unprecedented move carries far-reaching implications, severely impacting the aspirations and prospects of the region's youth.

The JKSSB has successfully conducted various exams, with numerous candidates successfully securing multiple positions. However, the absence of waiting lists raises the looming risk of these positions remaining vacant. This oversight could deeply impact deserving candidates, leading to missed opportunities and intensifying their plight due to the delayed actions of the JKSSB.

Candidates who dedicatedly prepared for these exams now face potential disqualification from applying for future posts due to age constraints. This situation raises concerns about the fairness and transparency of the recruitment process.

It is a well-established principle that a statutory rule or government order typically has prospective effects, unless expressly or implicitly made retrospective. Therefore, we urge immediate intervention to ensure the release of waiting lists for previously advertised posts and upcoming exams.

The restoration of waiting lists for all advertisements resonates with the principles of fairness, transparency, and justice for candidates who eagerly await these opportunities. Addressing this matter promptly would not only be deeply appreciated, but it would also greatly benefit the deserving candidates impacted by this delay.

We call upon the government and relevant authorities to give urgent attention to this matter and take necessary steps to restore waiting lists. The JKSSB plays a vital role in the recruitment process, and it is crucial to uphold the principles of equality and equal opportunity for all aspiring candidates.

*Manoj Padha Sanatani visited areas of Chandrabhaga region*

Ekam Sanatan Bharat Dal is a political party in India that focuses on promoting the principles of Sanatan Dharma and working towards the betterment of the nation. Incharge Manoj Padha Sanatani recently visited Padder, Gulabgarh, and Bhallesha for Jag Jagran, which refers to an awakening campaign aimed at creating awareness among the people.

During his visit, Padha explained the objectives of Ekam Sanatan Bharat Dal to the locals. One of the main issues he highlighted was the lack of attention given by the elected representatives, specifically the chosen MLAs and MPs, to these remote areas. He emphasized that instead of actively engaging with the people and addressing their concerns, the elected officials often only visited these regions during elections to ask for votes, and rarely followed up or expressed gratitude after winning.

Furthermore, Padha expressed the party's concern that some regional parties in Jammu and Kashmir have used the name of Hindutva (the ideology of Hindu nationalism) in their political campaigns but ultimately failed to fulfill their promises. This betrayal by the parties in betraying the trust of the people was a matter of disappointment for the Ekam Sanatan Bharat Dal.

Overall, the objectives of Ekam Sanatan Bharat Dal include upholding and promoting the values of Sanatan Dharma, addressing the concerns of remote areas, and ensuring that politicians fulfill their duties towards the people, rather than using religion as a mere tool for gaining power.
