इन बादलों की तरह ही गुजर जाएगी ये ज़िन्दगी, कभी धूप कभी छांव में निकल जाएगी ये ज़िन्दगी,
रह जाएंगी ये यारियां जो हमेशा जीती रहेंगी, कुछ मेरी गलियों में, कुछ उन वादियों में, कुछ उस कैंटीन में, कुछ उस नुक्कड़ में।।
कुछ उस क्लास की आखरी सीटों पर, कुछ पुराने स्कूल की सीढ़ियों पर, कुछ सिनेमाघरों की कुर्सियों पर, कुछ गोलगप्पे के ठेलो पर।
कुछ सिगरेट के धुएं में, कुछ शराब के नशे में, कुछ समुंदर की लहरों में, कुछ क्रिकेट के मैदानों में।
कुछ उन खतो में, कुछ फेसबुक की कहानियों में, कुछ रंगमंच की रोशनी में, कुछ देर रात के अंधेरों में।।
कुछ ताश के पत्तो में, कुछ पहाड़ के रास्तों में, कुछ लड़ाई झगड़ों में, कुछ प्यार मोहब्बत मे,
निकल जाएगी ज़िन्दगी कुछ इस तरह, बस रह जाएंगी यारियां उन धुंधली तस्वीरों में।।

We travel, initially, to lose ourselves; and we travel, next to find ourselves. We travel to open our hearts and eyes and learn more about the world than our newspapers will accommodate. We travel to bring what little we can, in our ignorance and knowledge, to those parts of the globe whose riches are differently dispersed. And we travel, in essence, to become young fools again- to slow time down and get taken in, and fall in love once more.
I need to move around a bit. to shuffle my surroundings. To wake up in cities i don’t know my way around and have conversations in languages i cannot entirely comprehend. There is always this tremendous longing in my heart to be lost, to be someplace else, to be far far away from all of this.
