Here's how to post viral more and more on social media.
1) Keep your topics fresh, trendy, and intriguing enough to comment on. Take a stance whenever you can, start discussions and allow opposition.
2) Add statistics or social proof ANYWHERE you can.
People trust what they can see.
3) Add a picture or video with every post. I've been AB posting different content formats on LinkedIn for 2.5 years, and the ONLY constant engagement driver has been adding pictures or videos to your written pieces.
4) End with a call to action or a question to encourage people to comment. Keep the questions simple, uncomplicated and easy to agree or disagree with. For example, "which career path was your 2nd option?" "Have you tried this method before?"
5) REPLY to comments within 30 minutes. People engage more when they're being engaged with. It's as simple as that.
