बेशक, फोर्ड कंपनी के बारे में हर कोई जानता है। तथापि; इसे इतनी ऊंचाई तक ले जाना संभव नहीं था।

हेनरी फोर्ड ने अपनी खुद की कंपनी शुरू की और एक बिजनेसमैन से बिजनेस फाइनेंस हासिल किया लेकिन बाद में कंपनी बंद कर दी।

हालाँकि फोर्ड को असफलताओं और अस्वीकृतियों का सामना करना पड़ा, लेकिन उन्होंने ऑटोमोबाइल बनाने के अपने सपने को कभी नहीं छोड़ा और इसने 1903 में फोर्ड मोटर कंपनी की नींव रखी।

हालाँकि मॉडल ए को 1904 में लॉन्च किया गया था, इसके युग के आगमन का श्रेय फोर्ड को दिया जा सकता है जिन्होंने वर्ष 1913 में असेंबली लाइन के उपयोग में क्रांति ला दी।

इस क्रांतिकारी पद्धति ने उत्पादन की लागत को बहुत कम कर दिया जिससे कारें आम आदमी के लिए सस्ती हो गईं। उनके नवाचारों ने ऑटोमोटिव के साथ-साथ औद्योगिक क्षेत्र को भी स्थायी रूप से आकार दिया है।

Henry Ford started his own company and secured business finance from one of the business-man but later shut down the company.

Although Ford had his share of failures and rejections, he never gave up on the dream he had of making automobiles and this laid the foundation of the Ford Motor Company in 1903.

Though the Model A was launched in 1904, the coming of age could be attributed to Ford who revolutionised the use of the assembly line in the year 1913.

This revolutionary method reduced the cost of production greatly thus making the cars affordable to the common man. His innovations have shaped the automotive as well as the industrial sector permanently.
