The MGM Publishing House (MGMPH) is an organization that is dedicated to the advancement and enhancement of interdisciplinary research in a wide range of fields, including Management, Commerce, Law, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Education, Women Empowerment, Technology, Humanities, Social Sciences, Applied Sciences, and Engineering. MGMPH has plans to publish peer-reviewed and refereed res

earch journals in the near future, covering various disciplines. Moreover, MGMPH aims to publish reference books in these areas as well. All of the journals published by MGMPH follow a rigorous process, including quarterly double-blind peer review, ensuring the quality and integrity of the research. The primary goal of MGMPH is to expand the scope and reach of its journals, strengthen its pool of reviewers, and encourage potential authors to contribute to its publications. In addition to its publishing activities, MGMPH envisions organizing national and international seminars and workshops. These events will serve as platforms for scholars, researchers, and experts from different parts of the world to come together, exchange knowledge, and discuss the latest advancements in their respective fields. By facilitating such gatherings, MGMPH aims to foster collaboration, enhance knowledge dissemination, and contribute to the growth and development of various disciplines. Furthermore, the management and administration of MGMPH are led by senior academicians who have decades of experience in the fields of research and academics. These experienced professionals bring valuable expertise and knowledge to the organization, ensuring the high quality and credibility of the published research and the successful organization of seminars and workshops. Their leadership ensures that MGMPH operates with the utmost professionalism and dedication to advancing interdisciplinary research and knowledge dissemination.

Dear Friends
I am happy to share that we have been allotted an ISSN number for our new International Journal " Exploresearch" by the ISSN National Centre, India. Famous Greek philosopher, Parmenides said that reality is a combination of multiple things, their forms, and the motion of their change. Another philosopher, Heraclitus, too, believed that reality consists of law like interchange of elements, an ongoing process governed by a law of perpetual change which was much later reiterated by Karl Marx in a different context and manner. In this perspective, this journal invites one and all who are interested in a forum that promotes the sharing of new research and ideas from an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary perspective.
The Journal is indexed in Crossref and Google Scholar. As the chief editor, I would like to thank our esteemed editorial board members for their guidance and support. We are open to publishing good research papers in the next issue of the journal without APC.
