#ArunachalChristianForum President Tarh Miri spoke about Monday's hunger strike organized by the #ACF, stating that the Arunachal Pradesh Freedom of Religion Act, 1978, is against #Christians and violates Article 25 of the Indian Constitution.
Christians across denominations, led by the Arunachal Christian Forum, have come out against the Arunachal Pradesh Freedom of Religion Act (APFRA), 1978, across the state. The ACF has organized a hunger strike from 9 AM to 5 PM at the NIIS Nyokum Ground in Borum. James Techi Tara, ACF Secretary General, addressed the gathering.

Dr. Rinchin Dorjee Megeji, President of the TRIHMS Faculty Association, while addressing reporters, strongly condemned Wednesday’s act of violence against TRIHMS Director Dr. Moji Jini, terming the incident as heinous.
Dr. Rinchin stated that it is because of Dr. Jini’s vision that we have a medical college today. He emphasized that violence in any form is condemnable.
The TRIHMS Faculty Association (TFA), along with the medical students of the institute, staged a protest on Thursday against the violence directed at TRIHMS Director Dr. Moji Jini. TFA condemned the incident with the slogan, "Attack on one, attack on all. We stay united."
One person, identified as Byabang Joram, has been arrested in connection with the violence.
