On 10.09.2024, acting on specific information, the sleuths of Cyberabad Special Operations Team (SOT), Rajendranagar team along with Rajendranagar Police apprehended five (05) Drug Peddlers for transporting G***a from Vishakhapatnam to Uttar Pradesh and, Mumbai via Hyderabad, Thakur Sachin Singh, Mohd Nadeem, Mohd Saqlain, Mohd Saleem and Prasanth Singh and *Seized 254 KGs of Dry G***a, (02) Maruti Suzuki Ertiga Cars and (07) Mobile Phones. All Worth RS.1,04,65,700/- (One Crore Four Lakhs Sixty Five Thousand Seven hundred Rupees)*

The accused Thakur Sachin Singh is resident of Sultanpur Dist., UP. He associated with Vinod Kumar Yadav R/o. Jhanpur Dist., UP East and transporting Dry G***a since 5 yrs from Araku Valley of AP to Uttar Pradesh. During the last 3 months they have visited Araku Valley of AP and purchased Dry G***a i.e., 100 KGs, 90 KGs and 80 KGs from a person by name Raju, R/o Odisha and the above material was sold to Amit Singh R/o Prathapghar Dist., UP. Recently Thakur Sachin Singh have purchased .32 Pistol (Country Made) with 11 Rounds from one Sunil Singh R/o Pratapghar Dist., UP for Rs. 1,00,000/- and since then he used to keep the weapon along with him while transporting Dry G***a.
On 06.09.2024 Thakur Sachin Singh called his known peddlers from Mumbai Nadeem, Saqlain & Saleem to es**rt his vehicle from Araku to Hyd. On his call Mumbai Peddlers reached Vijayawada by Ertiga Car.
Sachin, Vinod & Ravi and Prashanth Singh joined with Mumbai Peddlers at Vijayawada on 7th, and they reached Araku Valley on 08.09.2024 and contact main supplier Raju and purchased Dry G***a of 254 KGs. They have to deliver 150 KGs to Amit Singh R/o Prathapghar Dist., UP. Another 100 KGs Mumbai Peddlers. They used to transport the Dry G***a to Uttar Pradesh and Mumbai from Araku Valley via Hyderabad (Via ORR).
As usual on 10.09.2024 while they reached Hyderabad and stopped their cars for shifting 100 KGs G***a to Mumbai Peddlers car on Service Road at ORR near Rajendranagar PS limits.
On reliable information the SOT Rajendranagar team along with Rajendranagar Police intercepted two vehicles Br. No’s. MH 01 EE 4530 & OD 33 V 3204 at ORR service road Near Exit No. 17 in which the vehicle Br. No. OD 33 V 3204 contains 254 KGs Dry G***a packets and another vehicle Br. No. MH 01 EE 4530 is Piloting Main vehicle. On seeing the police two persons Vinod Kumar Yadav and Ravinder Yadav were fled away from the scene. Further the police apprehended five respondents and seized 254 KGs Dry G***a, .32 Country Made Pistol from Thakur Sachin Singh with 11 rounds along with two vehicles.
On detail verification it is came to know that the they fixed a fake number OD 33 V 3204 in place of MH 48 BT 2206 to the Ertiga Vehicle travelling by Sachin, in which the Dry G***a was transporting.

*1). Dry G***a - 254 KGs. Worth Rs.88,90,000/- (Each KG Rs.35,000/- due to Police Vigilance in TG & AP States, they are selling at high price)*

3). Two Maruti Suzuki Ertiga Cars, worth Rs.14,00,000/-
4). Mobile phones - 07 and One Keypad – 1 worth Rs. 70,000/
5). Net Cash – 3,700/-
6). Jio Dongle – 01 worth Rs. 2,000/-

*Brief facts of the case:-*

Facts of the case are that on 09.08.2024 at 00.10 hours, received a complaint from Sri Khaja Sirajuddin S/o Khaja Bakaruddhin, age; 40 years, caste: Muslim, occu: Real-Estate business, R/o Wade-E-Sanah, RCI road, Shareef Nagar, Balapur mandal, R.R. District in which he stated that they are three sons and two daughters to his parents. He is the eldest son and his brother Khaja Riyajuddin, age: 36 years runs a foot business in Kanchanbagh. On 08.08.2024, he left home at 08.00 hours and went to Kanchanbagh on his Pulsur bike bearing No. AP 11 AT 0140 to attend his business work. On the same day, the complainant went to LB Nagar at 20:00 hours on some work. After finishing his work at 21.45 hours, while he was on his way to his home in Sharifnagar by Car bearing No. TS 04 ET 9910, when he reached near Indene Gas Go-down on RCI – Mallapur road at about 22: 20 hours, he noticed gathering of some people on the road. Then, he stopped his car and went there and he found his brother Riyajuddin lying on the left side of the road with injuries in Pool of blood and his bike was also got damaged. Among the gathering, some people told that his brother Riyajuddin while proceeding on his bike towards his home, some unknown persons came in a car and gave dash to his bike. As a result, he fell down on the road and the said persons got down from the car and beat him on his head with a weapon and also one of the persons shot him on his chest with a firearm due to which he sustained severe injuries and he shifted his brother to Owaisi Hospital for treatment but the duty doctor of the Owaisi Hospital examined him and declared his brother brought dead.

Privided financial aid to accused persons through his friend A7.archstrated minute to minute plan for killing Deceased.Procured firearm and ammunation from A10 and A11 from lucknow through A2 and A6. Later Shifted to Dubai and remotely monitoring and operating the entire planning, preparation, ex*****on, escaping of the accused perosns from the scene of offence, providing shelter to them. (Absconding) A2 Mohammed Saleem: main culprit and contract killer and agreed for an amount of 13 lakhs from A1 (Hameed- Conspirator and received 2.5 lakhs in advance. Archstrated minute to minute plan right from planning, preparation and ex*****on. Purchased firearm and ammunition at lucnow for Rs 40000/- along with A6 and other weapons (2-Axe, 1- Nariyal Katha/Knife) through A3,A5 and A9.hired other associates (A2,A3,A4,A6,A8 and A9)- among them A3- Brother, A4,A8-Brothers-in-law, A5,A6 and A9- Friends
A3 Mohammad Sultan : Brother of A2. Agreed for contract for 3 lakhs to participate in the crime. Part of crime planning and its ex*****on.Purchase of other weapons (2-Axe, 1- Nariyal Katha/Knife) along with A5 and A9 at road side market of Moinabad just 15 days before of ex*****on. Conducted recci on the moments of Deceased Riyzuddin. Used Axe on the head to kill the Deceased..
A4 Mohammad Ghouse: Brother-in-law of A2 & A3. Agreed for contract for 3 lakhs to participate in the crime.Part of crime planning and its ex*****on. Hiring of vehicles for crime (Fortuner and swift) from a travel agency at Golkonda.Used Nariyal Katha/Knife on the face of the Deceased.
A5 Mohammed Ismail: Friend of A2.Agreed for contract for Rs. 3 lakhs to participate in the crime.Part of crime planning and its ex*****on.Purchase of other weapons (2-Axe, 1- Nariyal Katha/Knife) along with A3 and A9 at road side market of Moinabad just 15 days before of ex*****on.Used Liquid Chilli Powder on the Deceased and hit with Axe on forehead
A6 Ahmad @ Badshah: Friend of A2. Travel to Luknow along with A2 to bring firearm from A10 & A11 in the presence of A2 and handed over to A1 and accepted Rs of 50000/- from A1.
A7 Syed Inayath Ullah: Friend of A1. Assured the accused to provide the house expenditure, bail process. Paid Rs 2.50 lakhs to A2 as advance. After ex*****on he convayed the message to A2 about the death of the deceased. Prepare to handed over Rs 4 lakhs to A2 at guest house at Nakkartha Medipally, Yacharam.
A8 Taufeeq Khan: Brother-in-law of A3.Assisted and aided A7 to handed over Rs 4 lakhs to A2 at guest house at Nakkartha Medipally, Yacharam.
A9 Shaik Hussain @ Mohammad Salman: Friend of A5.Agreed for contract for Rs. 1 lakh to participate in the crime.Part of crime planning. Purchase of other weapons (2-Axe, 1- Nariyal Katha/Knife) along with A3 and A5 at road side market of Moinabad just 15 days before of ex*****on.

Arrest of the accused:-
13:08.2024 at 1945 Hrs with help of technical inputs the accused apprehended at the House of Munwar Khan’s Guest House (Friend of Hameed (A1) Situated at Nakarta MedipallyYacharam Mandal led by Sri.T.Bhoopathi , Inspector of Police, Sri. Madhu, Detective Inspector of Police, Sri Srinivas and Nagaraju, Sub-Inspector of Police along with staff and brought them to P.S Balapur.
On interrogation the accused confessed their guilt in the commission of this offence, then seized from the bushes at near entrance of village tank bund on the main road of Nakkartha Medipally village of Yacharam Mandal:

Land dispute between the accused Hameed (A1) and the deceased Riyajuddin with regard to water plant situated at Wade-e-Sanath at Meerpet PS limits.

Case and counter cases registered in Meerpet PS on 28.05.2024 and 31.05.2024 in between Hameed (A1) & others and the brother of the deceased Riyasatuddin.
Motive of Offence
Life threat from the deceased to Hameed (A1).
To show his existence by committing this offence brutal killing with a firearm

APPREHENDED PDS RICE ILLEGALLE TRANSPORTERS – UNEARTHED THE GANG – HELD THREE PERSONS- SEIZED - 14 TONS OF PDS RICE & 15 QUINTALS OF PDS WHEAT – ALL WORTH OF RS.3.25 LAKHS.

The sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, South Zone, Hyderabad along with Civil Supply Officials and Chandrayangutta Police conducted raid on the premises of H.No. 18-2-35/A/28/1, Ghazi Millath Colony, Chandrayangutta and apprehended three accused persons, who are illegally procuring and transporting PDS rice/wheat illegally to earn easy money.

 DETAILS OF THE ACCUSED PERSONS:-
1. Mohd Rizwan, aged about 28 yrs, R/o Chandrayangutta, Hyderabad
2. V. Rajnikanth @ Chinna, age: 42 yrs, R/o Uppuguda, Hyderabad
3. V. Rajeshwar @ Raju, age: 44 yrs, R/o Uppuguda, Hyderabad

FACTS OF THE CASE:-
The accused Mohd Rizwan born and brought up in Ghazimillath Colony, Chandrayangutta, Hyderabad. He is a car driver, but his earnings are not sufficient to lead his family and his lavish life. Then he hatched a plan to run illegal PDS Rice and Wheat transportation business by purchasing from suppliers and consumers. In this juncture, he met with one Fathe @ Chacha and started this business to earn easy money. Accordingly, they came into contact with 1) V. Ranjikanth @ Chinna, and 2) V. Rajeshwar @ Raju R/o Uppuguda, Chatrinaka, Hyderabad & others shared their plan for collection of PDS Rice and Wheat from the consumers. For that, they were agreed and started purchasing PDS Rice/Wheat from the consumers by paying some suitable price. Later, the same is reselling to Rizwan and Fathe @ Chacha on some profit. In the same way Kiran, Faqru and Sai are collecting the PDS rice and wheat and supplying the same to Rizwan and Fathe. Later Fathe transporting the collected food grains to other states on huge profit illegally.

Basing the credible information the Commissioner’s Task Force, South Zone with the help of Chandrayangutta Police and the Civil Supplies Officials Circle¬–II, Yakuthpura raided the premises and apprehended three persons and seized the material. The apprehended accused and seized material handed over to SHO Chandrayangtta Police Station for further action.
The Chandrayangutta Police registered a case in Cr. No. 273/2024, U/s 318(4) BNS & Sec 7 of EC Act and took up the investigation.
In this case, the accused 1) Fathe @ Chacha, R/o Chandrayanagutta PS (Business Partner of Mohd Rizwan ), 2) Kiran, R/o Uppuguda ( PDS Rice/Wheat supplier ), 3) Faqru, R/o Chandrayanagutta ( PDS Rice/Wheat supplier ), 4) Sai, R/o Chatrinaka ( PDS Rice/Wheat supplier ) are found absconding.

The above arrests were made under the supervision of Sri Ande Srinivasa Rao, Addl. Dy. Commissioner of Police, Task Force, Hyderabad by Sri S. Raghavendra, Inspector, SIs Sri N. Naveen, K. Narsimulu, G. Anjaneyulu, and Staff of Task Force, South Zone, Hyderabad, Chandrayanagutta Police and Civil Supply Officials.

*Nemi Chand Bhati* and Narpath Singh r/o Rathori Kuva of Nagaur district of Rajastan state. Nemi chand used to get He**in and M**A from one Santhosh Achary, who is a main drug peddler, presently lodged in Jodhpur jail and sell the drug to needy customers and other peddlers. Nemi Chand came to Hyderabad 2½ months back to his Brother in Law Ajay Bhati and discussed about selling of He**in and M**A to get huge money he & his friend Harish Sirvi agreed. All planned to dispose it in Madhapur of Hyderabad for a good price.
