A Fire broke out in the fourth floor and spread to the other floors of the Sattva Elixir building inside Knowledge City, in the Madhapur limits on Saturday at 6 am. Thick smoke billowing from the building is seen for a distance and it created a panic among the people. Fortunately, no injuries or casualties were reported. On information the four fire tenders are rushed to the spot and doused the fire. Meanwhile, Sattva Group in a statement said that the fire was quickly detected and extinguished through “advanced safety systems” and a “well-trained emergency response team.

Andhra Woman Receives Parcel With Body, ₹1.3 Crore Demand Letter
In a shocking incident, a woman in Yendagandi village, Undi mandal, West Godavari district, received a parcel containing the decomposed body of an unidentified man, along with a letter demanding ₹1.3 crore and threatening her family with serious consequences if the demand was not met.
The woman, identified as Naga Tulsi, had earlier sought financial assistance from the Kshatriya Seva Samithi for house construction. She was informed via WhatsApp that electrical appliances, including lights and fans, would be delivered. On Thursday night, a person delivered a box to her doorstep, claiming it contained the promised items. However, upon opening the parcel, Tulsi discovered the body of a man, estimated to be around 45 years old, and the threatening letter.
Autopsy and Investigation Underway
The body was shifted to a government hospital for autopsy, with initial findings suggesting the man had died 4-5 days earlier. Police registered a case and launched an investigation to identify the deceased and the person who delivered the parcel.
District Superintendent of Police Adnan Nayeem Asmi visited the village to oversee the investigation.
