๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ are that on 28.10.2024 at about 1445 hours received a complaint from Sri. Farooq Hussain, S/o: Khaleem Hussain, Age: 29 years, Occ: Karate Coach, R/o: Road No. 10, Singada Basthi, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. in which he stated that they are five siblings, in which they are two brothers and three sisters. His elder sister name is Reshma Begum W/o Jaffer Khan, Age: 31 years, Occ: House wife, R/o Road No. 10, Singada Basthi, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad and 15 years ago they performed her marriage with one Jaffer Khan. During their conjugal life they were blessed with 3 children. 1 Son Abdul Raman (14 years) and 2 daughters Rimsha (12 years), Rafia (11 years). Few years later they were got divorced. Later, his sister along with her children started staying along with them at their residence. Last Friday i.e. on 25.10.2024, evening hours in Singada kunta while vegetable market was going on there were installed some food stalls. The Momos made by Arman and food stall installed by Sajid Hussain and Shahrukh and some others. They were preparing momos and sold to the customers. That day his sister along with her younger daughter Rafia went for vegetable market. While his sister was purchasing vegetables, her daughter purchased Momos at Sajid Hussain food stall. They came to home and ate Momos altogether. The next day they all suffered with motions and vomiting. On Sunday i.e., 27.10.2024 morning hoursโ foam came from his sisterโs mouth. Immediately, the complainant called 108 Ambulance and shifted her to NIMS hospital, Panjagutta. There the doctors declared her brought dead at 9 AM. And her two daughters Rimsha, Rafia and some other customers got hospitalized. The persons Arman, Sajid Hussain and Shahrukh adulterated the Momos and made them noxious and sold the same to the customers and caused my sister's death, made his nieces and other personsโ sick. Hence, he requested to take necessary action as per law.
