The man behind Black Myth: Wukong
To make movements of the game's character roles more realistic, Black Myth: Wukong uses many motion capture technologies.
Yin Kai, a young man from #Zibo (#ShandongProvince), undertook most of the motion capture work. To make the fight scenes both intense and full of aesthetics, Yin incorporated many elements of Chinese martial arts and opera.
Besides that, he also considered the personality traits of each game character to better mimic the movements of the corresponding characters. Completing such work is not an easy thing. âSometimes I needed to work from 10 am to 2 am,â he said.
