APPREHENED ABSCONDING ACCUSED IN A INVESTMENT FRAUD CASE.
In a Joint operation by the sleuth of Commissionerโs Task Force, North Zone, Hyderabad and CCS, DD, Hyderabad apprehended absconding accused person Kaswaraju Hiranmahee who cheated gullible businessmen by making them invest huge sums of money under the pretence of lucrative business opportunities on the promise of supplying chemical free liquids.

Kaswaraju Hiranmahe s/o Narayana Rao, Age: 59 yrs, r/o. Gandhi Nagar, Secunderabad.

Crime No :10/2025, U/s 316(2), 318(4) BNS of CCS ,DD.
Facts: - The accused, Kaswaraju Hiranmahe, started a business establishment styled as Ration Bio Products through which he promised to supply Bio Enzymes based floor and washroom cleaning liquids without use of chemicals. For this in 2021, the complainant, Subhash, invested in Ration Bio Products after the accused promised a 40% stake in the company and assured an annual turnover of โน100 crore by March 2024.
However, Subhash neither received the agreed shareholding nor the promised returns. The accused, Kaswaraju, later issued cheques that were dishonoured by the concerned bank.
Similarly, other investors, such as Novai Tek India Pvt Ltd, represented by Swaroop, and Mehra, representing Eco Nexus Cleaners, were also defrauded. Swaroop was appointed as an exclusive C&F agent for Telangana in May 2024 after paying a refundable deposit of โน30 lakh and extending a โน6 lakh loan to Kaswaraju. However, Kaswaraju bypassed the C&F agreement, supplied goods directly to other parties, and defaulted on obligations, such as shared rent and salaries.
Mehra, as the master franchise holder, invested โน50 lakh, including showroom expenses. However, the supplied products were beyond their expiry date and were of substandard quality. All the liquids supplied by him contained high usage of chemicals which is against his promise. In this way he duped the investments of all the people who invested money in purchase and sale of his products.
Through sincere efforts by the North Zone Taskforce and CCS, DD, Hyderabad, the absconding accused was apprehended.
