BUSTED THE NOTORIOUS INTERSTATE CRIMINAL GANG AND
ARRESTED 10 PERSONS, SEIZED 2 WEAPONS, 15 LIVE AMMUNITION,
BURGLARY IMPLEMENTS, 1 DCM AND 1 MOTORCYCLE
The Special Operation Team (SOT) of Cyberabad Police Commissionerate arrested (10 persons) notorious Interstate Criminal Gang of Uttar Pradesh State known as Kakral Gang, who have indulged in (02) Jewellery shops HB attempt with fire arms under the limits of Sangareddy Dist and Cyberabad and recovered 2 fire arms (Thapancha) including 15 live ammunitions along with other house breaking implements which were 2 big iron rods, 1 hammer, 1 cutting player, 4 small rods, 1 screw driver, 1 tester, hacksaw blade frames-04, bunch of hacksaw blades, 3 torch lights etc. and also seized one DCM Vehicle bearing No. UP24T6165 and a Motor Cycle bearing No. AP28DH2376 which are used in committing offences.
ACCUSED ARRESTED:
1. Sakhi Ahmed @ Guddu, S/o Shafi Ahmed Ansai, age: 38 yrs, occ: driver, R/o Ambedkar Nagar, Jagadgirigutta, Medchal Dist N/o Kakarala village Alhapur thana, Budaun dist, Uttar Pradesh.
2. Bijender Singh, S/o Gopi Singh, age: 40 yrs, occ: fruit bussiness, R/o Ambedkar Nagar, Jagadgirigutta, Medchal Dist N/o Dhanupura village Khader Cowk thana, Budaun dist, Uttar Pradesh.
3. Ram Kumar Singh, S/o Om Prakash Singh, age: 27 yrs, occ: fruit bussiness, R/o Ambedkar Nagar, Jagadgirigutta, Medchal Dist N/o Dhanupura village Khader Cowk thana, Budaun dist, Uttar Pradesh.
4. Mehtab Bati, S/o Mehrwan Bati, age: 45 yrs, occ: fruit bussiness, R/o Ambedkar Nagar, Jagadgirigutta, Medchal Dist N/o Dhanupura village Khader Cowk thana,Budaun dist, Uttar Pradesh.

9. Irfan Ali Khan, S/o Tabariq Ali, age: 49 yrs, occ: labour, R/o Ambedkar Nagar, Jagadgirigutta, Medchal Dist N/o Kakarala village Alhapur thana, Budaun dist, Uttar Pradesh.
10. Rahman Ali, S/o Irfan Ali, age: 22 yrs, occ: driver, R/o Ambedkar Nagar, Jagadgirigutta, Medchal Dist N/o Kakarala village Alhapur thana, Budaun dist, Uttar Pradesh.
ABOUT THE CRMINAL GANG:
1) Accused A1: Sakhi Ahmed @ Guddu, R/O Kakarala village Alhapur thana, Budaun dist, Uttar Pradesh, who is a notorious offender, with an intention to earn more money, decided to commit Burglaries of Jewellery shops at Hyderabad and
surrounding areas. Later he conveyed the same to his known persons and formed a Criminal gang consisting of ten (10) members and decided to commit jewellery shop thefts at outskirts of the Hyderabad by making holes to walls of these shops. Accordingly the gang of (10) members came to Hyderabad. As per their plan they took shelter in the limits of Jagadgirgutta PS of Cyberabad and committed offences in the limits of Patancheru PS of Sangareddy dist with Fire Arms (Thapancha) and other house breaking Implements. Some of these gang members are previously involved in property offences.
2) Accused A2: Bijender Singh, R/O Dhanupura village Khader Cowk thana,Budaun dist, Uttar Pradesh has a criminal background. In the month of July-2019 he along with Aslam khan, Hafeez Khan and Bilal, all residents of Kakrala (V) have committed Jewellery shop theft with making a hole to wall at Pitlam of Nizamabad dist. They were arrested on 05.08.2019.
3) Accused A9: Irfan Ali Khan, R/O Kakarala village Alhapur thana, Budaun dist, Uttar Pradesh. Previously he was involved in one Petrol Bunk robbery case at Bhopal of Madya Pradesh. He was arrested and sent to Bhopal Jail in 2017.
4) Accused A7: Haseen Mohammad, R/O Kakarala village Alhapur thana, Budaun dist, Uttar Pradesh. He was involved previously in temple offence at Nandipet PS of Nizamabad Dist in the year, 2011. And again he was involved in cable theft in Mortad PS of Nizamabad Dist on 08.04.2017.
MODUS OPERANDI:
The members of this criminal gang revealed that they all formed into a gang and came to Hyderabad by DCM consisting of vegetable trays with an intention to commit dacoities, robbery, burglary and other offences with use of fire arms and other house breaking implements. They were making preparation to commit such offences by staying in Jagathgirigutta area. As per their plan 2 or 3 members observe Jewellery shops and rest commits Burglary of Jewellery shops in the out skirts of the Hyderabad by making holes to the wall of the shop. If anyone notices or resists them while committing the offence, they will not hesitate to attack them with fire arms and blunt objects and inflict them fatal injuries leading to death.
OFFENCES COMMITTED BY THE ACCUSED:
This gang is involved in two offences within ten days of this month. (Cr.No 330/2020 u/s 457, 380 r/w 511 IPC of Patancheru PS). The accused persons conducted recce and selected a Jewellery shop at Patancheru of Sangareddy dist. On 18/19.08.2020 intervening night hours the accused persons went to Patancheru of Sangareddy dist to commit the offence by carrying the fire arms and house breaking implements. While drilling the hole to Jewellery shop back side wall, meanwhile a person observed and alerted. On that the accused persons fled away from there.

Again the accused persons A1 to A10 went to Patancheru and started drilling the wall from back side of the same Jewellery shop again. On observing the same a person named Prabhakar alerted and informed to the Police. Meanwhile the accused persons threatened Prabhakar and kicked his door and accused Mehtab khan opened fire, but Prabhakar escaped & there were no casualities.

The accused persons were again planning to commit further offence. On that the accused A2 and A7 have conducted recce at Hyderabad out skirts. On their recee they have selected one Jewellery shop at Mallampet of Dundigal for committing the robbery/Dacoity. When they were in preparation to commit more offences the gang was arrested.
EFFORTS MADE BY POLICE LEADING TO THE ARREST OF THE GANG:
After committing the above offences, the accused in order to avoid arrest by Police, took shelter as fruit vendors at Ambedkar Nagar, Jagadgirigutta, Medchal Dist. The accused have become most wanted for the Police of Cyberabad and SangareddyDist Police in property offences. The Cyberabad Police has taken it as a challenge and this work was entrusted to Special Operation Teams of Shamshabad Zone. As such the Special Operation Teams of Shamshabad Zone swing into action, made strenuous efforts to nab the offenders and finally traced the movement of these offenders at Ambedkar Nagar, Jagadgirigutta, Medchal Dist. In a joint operation with the help of Jagadgirigutta Police & SOT the gang was apprehended.
Under the guidance of Commissioner Of Police, Cyberabad Shri. V.C. Sajjanar, IPS., SOT Shamshabad Zone along with Jagadgirigutta Polcie arrested the offenders and detected (02) property offences of Sangareddy Dist and seized 2 fire arms (Thapancha) including 15 live ammunitions and other house breaking implements such as 2 big iron rods, 1 hammer, 1 cutting player, 4 small rods, 1 screw driver, 1 tester, hacksaw blade frames-04, bunch of hacksaw blades, 3 torch lights etc. and also seized one DCM Vehicle bearing No. UP24T6165 and a Motor Cycle bearing No. AP28DH2376 with hard work and human intelligence.
Commissioner Of Police, Cyberabad Shri. V.C. Sajjanar, IPS., appreciated all the Police personnel involved in this work. They will be awarded with suitable rewards.
Advisory to Public:
• Install alarm systems and message alert systems in jewellery shops banks and pawn broker shops
• Install motions sensors and CCTV cameras also in the jewellery shops, banks, private financial institutions and pawn broker shops
• If the tenants are moving suspiciously during the night hours or at anytime, inform the Dial 100 or neighbouring police stations.
• To, arrange professional Security Guards at your residence and gated communities.
• While giving houses to rent please verify Tenant antecedents & collect native address, ID Proofs & Phone numbers of complete family members.
• While going out of stations from your home please carry valuable items along with you or keep in bank lockers.
