What lovely firmware update from Panasonic for the Lumix S5II and S5IIx

There are quite a few feature additions in this update, but I really liked the generation Proxies in parallel to recording the Prores. Will speed up the post processing process.

I am so tempted to upgrade to S5IIX, but that crop at 50/60p is a bummer and no 120P :(

Hoping for an amazing S1 mark 2 upgrade or S1H mark 2

Is it just me not updated or this is the first time any camera manufacturer has literally launched a firmware update with all the show.

I really love when camera manufacturers releases more updates to existing cameras than releasing more cameras.

Set a start date, time and duration to preserve battery life, enjoy more frame rate options including C15 and C60, capture in DX Crop Mode and more.

I know in past I shared pics for free, but now its a bread and butter for me.

Recently few people expected free pics from me, that too to promote their commercial activities, wish they had appreciated the hard work put in to click those pics and offered a decent remuneration based on that.

I want to utilize this trip to do shoot for more hotels and properties in Shimla, Narkanda, Kinnaur, Spiti .

At very economical prices for following packages:

Lesson Learned.

Never ever book flights from .com, things will be fine if everything goes right.

But the moment the flights gets cancelled for none of your fault, getting refund from yatra.com is a battle.

They will play all the games to delay the refund.

Better book directly from the carrier website. I received refund from Indigo on the same day of cancellation for the extra money I paid to them directly for seat selection.

But Yatra guys are busy playing the process and policy games with customers.

Reached back home safely, travelling across Bihar and Uttar Pradesh for a Documentary shoot.

Travelled through flight, taxi, train, bus and even bike, carrying tons of camera gears :D . What an adventure it was, something I always loved.

But this trip was impossible without few friends who chipped in an arranged things for me on super short notice.

Faiyaz Khan bhai, thanks you so much for making my life so easy in Bihar, and doing all the arrangements for me, that too on really short notice, while you were in between you own commercial engagements.

Arvind Pandey and Dutt Prakash Pathak bhai, aap log to Rockstar ho. You guys were with me all over UP to sort all my issues from Taxi, to Hotel to Bus. Thank you so much.

Special thanks to Dutt Prakash Pathak bhai for literally there with me standing and finding Taxi, hotels and buses for me.
