जल्दी में की कनजिक पुजन, भोग की थाली बिना चासनी केसरी हलवा, सुखे चने, छोले, पूरी

सुखे चने -
cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
ginger - 1 Tsp
coriander powder - 1 tbsp
red chilli powder - 1/2 Tsp
turmaric powder - 1/2 Tsp
gram masala - 1/4 tsp
amchur powder - 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
coriander leaves & kashuri methi

केसरी हलवा-
suji - 1 Cup
ghee - 2 Cup
sugar - 1& 1/2 Cup
watch - 4 cup
cardamom - 3
pinch of yellow food colour or kashar
dry fruits as per your choice

छोले -
bay leaf - 1
cinaman - small piece
star anise - 1
black pepper - 2-3
clove - 2

Masala -
coriander powder - 1&1/2 tbsp
red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
turmaric powder - 1/2 tbsp
masala - 1 tbsp
amchur powder - 1/2 tbsp
chole masala - 1 tbsp
salt to taste
coriander leaves & kasuri methi

Chopped dry fruits - almond, cashew, pistachio - 1/4 Cup
Pinch of saffron

Small cardamom - 2 piece

For katori malpua

Water - 1 Cup
All purpose flour - 1/3 Cup
Corn flour - 2 tbsp

For Green garlic chatni:-

Coriander leaves - 2 Cup
Mint leaves - 1/4 Cup
Garlic - 5 piece
Green chilli - 4-5 piece

Ice cubes - 4-5 piece

होली के लिए Special गाजर और चुकंदर की कांजी और वड़ा हो गया तैयार

How to make a healthy kanji Vada at home, with carrot , beetroot & spices. It's very refreshing & digestive recipe.
होली पर गाजर और चकुंदर से कांजी वड़ा बनाये और होली के भी मज़े लिजिए।

Kanji is made with water, black carrots, beetroot, mustard seeds and heeng. It may be served with boondi sprinkled on top.

Nutritionally, kanji is high in antioxidants. Eleven strains of probiotic bacteria have been isolated from kanji, with the strain Pediococcus acidilactici genotypically characterised with high growth potential.

Ingredients:-

For kanji masala -

Black mustard seeds - 3 tbsp
Yellow mustard seeds - 2 tbsp
Ajwain - 1 tbsp
Cumin - 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper - 1 tbsp
Dry red chilli - 2 piece

For kanji -

Carrot - 4 piece
Beat root - 1 piece
Black salt - 1 tbsp
White salt - 1/4 tbsp
Hing - 1 tbsp
Kanji masala - 4 tbsp

For vada -

Urad dal - 1 Cup
Ginger - 1 inch
Green chilli - 1 piece
Salt - 1 tbsp
