पैसे से , अंग प्रदर्शन से , नाच गा के, रिल्स बना बना के, कुछ भी कर के, पे कर के बच्चे कमाने वाले बहुत है ।
ग़लत तरीक़े से या शोर्ट कट से बच्चे कमायें तो पिता शिवजी , महर्षि पतंजलि , स्वात्माराम, घेरण्ड, वेद व्यास, आदि शंकराचार्य, माधवाचार्य, जी को बहुत बुरा लगेगा ।

1. Hello , where is the yoga mat?
2. Why there is so much makeup on, madam?
3. It was shot four PM IST. Not a good time to do पश्चिमोतानासन .
4. दीदी, योग jeans 👖 पहन के नहीं किया जाता ।
5. श्वास पर कोई ध्यान नहीं है , ध्यान है इस बात पर की फोटो अच्छी आनी चाहिये।
6. प्रार्थना नहीं की गई थी।
7. We don’t wear accessories, jewellery or ornaments while we do yoga sādhnā.
8. We don’t grow nails if we are a yoga practitioner.

Why did I share this pic on handle when I very well know that it isn’t about yoga. The reason is - if I don’t tell you that it isn’t , you will fancy the pose , the look , the image.
I am here to tell you , yoga isn’t for likes or being fancy.
If I don’t mention the points, you might think this is yoga. It isn’t मेरे बच्चों.
I am on to tell you what is not yoga and mistaken to be taken as yoga. Thoko like(not for the makeup , for the caption) thoko thoko .

It is observed that a lot of humans think that yoga is about bending, holding, making, twisting, and stretching their bodies in the most complex-looking ways.

And hence, it is observed that a lot of yoga gurus, yoga teachers or yoga instructors or yog trainers or yoga coaches, yoga studios or yoga centres or yoga institutes or yoga schools or yoga ashrams are helping yoga aspirants to attain a particular body posture.

I am deeply saddened by this. Yoga teachers are supposed to give instructions and demonstrations and encourage yoga aspirants to understand their bodies. The emphasis of the yoga teacher should be to make the yoga aspirant graph the real and correct concept of yoga and yoga asana and to let the students practise the asana as per their bodies' capabilities.

I see a lot of well-established yoga teachers and social media yoga handles that show yoga aspirants being pulled, pushed, stretched, held, twisted, bent, and made to work out using props, in too-hot or too-cold environments.

Yoga is none of it. Yoga is not a circus or a competition. There is no need for yoga teachers to touch their students. The instructions should be very clear and the students try to follow the instructions of the guru and try his/her best to attain perfection.

~Health is a byproduct of yoga. Yoga can take you to the places you cannot even imagine.
~Yoga makes you meet with your most advanced, powerful, capable, calm, intelligent, positive and blissful self.

~Why settle for less?

~But yes, the journey of thousand miles begins with a single step. getting rid of ailments and diseases is the first step towards blissfulness, but it should never be the goal.
