Here’s what I did differently👨💻
At the beginning of my journey, my reels were barely hitting 100 views. Despite following all the recommended strategies—using engaging hooks, incorporating movement, crafting SEO-friendly captions with hashtags, and using trending audios—I was stuck in a low-reach loop.
Determined to break the cycle, I reviewed my approach and spotted a key issue:
Every time I posted a reel, I was using the same three topics from the “Business” section, thinking I needed to target “Small Businesses,” “Entrepreneurship,” and “Commerce.”
Turns out, I was way off❌.
I decided to shake things up.
Instead of sticking to the same topics, I started matching the topics to the specific theme of each video. For instance, if my reel was filmed at the beach, I’d choose topics from the “Travel” section like “Destination,” “Beaches,” and “Water Activities.” Similarly, if the video showed a champagne toast, I’d select “Alcoholic Beverages” from the “Food & Drink” section and topics like “Birthdays” and “Friendships” from the “Relationships” section.
This simple tweak expanded my content’s reach beyond my niche, opening it up to a wider audience and increasing the chances of connecting with people interested in what I offer.
The result? A 667% increase in reach to non-followers and a 397% rise in impressions—all in just 7 days!!!

Elon Musk is known for his intense and unwavering eye contact during conversations and public appearances. This trait has often been noted as both compelling and, at times, intimidating. Musk’s eye contact reflects his focus, determination, and the intensity with which he approaches his work and interactions. It’s a part of his broader communication style, which includes directness and a tendency to be blunt.
Some interpret Musk’s eye contact as a sign of confidence and a deep engagement with the subject at hand. Others might find it overwhelming, as it can feel like he’s dissecting the conversation or the person he’s speaking with. In business settings, this trait likely helps him convey conviction and seriousness, making him a commanding presence in negotiations and discussions.
Psychologically, strong eye contact is often associated with honesty and assertiveness, qualities that Musk embodies in his entrepreneurial pursuits. Whether discussing complex technological advancements or expressing his vision for the future, Musk’s piercing gaze underscores his passion and relentless drive, making him a memorable figure in both personal and professional interactions

Within our agency, we work on monthly content calendars. That means I plan and create a month’s worth of content for my clients to approve.
☁️ Here’s exactly how I create monthly content calendars for our social media management clients:
[1] The first thing I do every month is brainstorm the content. I think about the strategy I have in place for that client, the previous month’s results, and any potential launches or sales. For each post, I determine what content format will best fit the information I want to post. You can find a detailed post on brainstorming monthly content calendars on my page.
[2] Then, I get to creating the content. First, I design all of the graphics (carousels and single posts). I have custom templates for each client, so the posts are consistent and in line with the client’s branding, but I often design new ones, to avoid being too repetitive.
[3] After I design all of the graphics, I move on to reels. For reels that use b-roll or stock videos, I find the video that best fits the post topic (either from my client’s b-roll or from stock sites). Then, I add the text and edit the reel. If it’s a talking reel, I take the raw footage the client gave me (which I fully script and give to clients to film in advance) and edit the video. I also design the covers.
[4] Next, I write captions. All of the captions include a hook, the main point, and several CTAs.
[5] Then, I plan out the feed layout. I import all cover photos and graphics to Canva, and make a grid mockup.
[6] Finally, I add all of the content to Airtable, where my clients can review it, approve it, or give me any edits if they have them.
That’s it! That’s how I create monthly content for clients, and how you can create your own content calendars 🤌🏼

⚠️ 5+1 tips below👇🏼
Ready to nail color grading for any footage?
Here are 5+1 detailed tips:
1. Balance Contrast: Adjust shadows, midtones, and highlights to create a well-balanced image. Start by setting the black and white points for depth.
2. Moderate Saturation: Enhance colors without overdoing it. Increase saturation slightly to make colors pop while keeping skin tones natural.
3. Use Film References: Study your favorite films. Note how they use color palettes and lighting. Aim to replicate their mood and tone for consistency.
4. Apply LUTs: Use Look-Up Tables (LUTs) as a starting point. They can provide a professional look quickly, but always tweak to suit your footage.
5. Consistent White Balance: Ensure your white balance is consistent across all clips. It’s the foundation for a cohesive grade.
6. Experiment: Don’t be afraid to try different styles and techniques to find your unique look.
Happy grading! ♥️
