महाकुंभ मेला को लेकर कई बड़े बदलाव किए गए है।
1. महाकुंभ क्षेत्र को नो-व्हीकल जोन घोषित कर दिया गया है। मेला क्षेत्र में किसी भी वाहन को एंट्री नहीं दी जाएगी.
2.वही इसी के साथ ही VVIP पास भी रद्द कर दिए गए हैं
3.और चार पहिया वाहनों की शहर में एंट्री 4 फरवरी तक प्रतिबंधित रहेगी।
व्यवस्थाओं की समीक्षा करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के द्वारा निर्देश जारी किए हैं।

पूर्वोत्तर रेलवे ने मौनी अमावस्या पर महाकुंभ जाने वाले श्रद्धालुओं की सुविधा के लिए कमर कस ली है। रेलवे के द्वारा 27 से 31 जनवरी तक विभिन्न रूटों से 184 महाकुंभ मेला स्पेशल ट्रेनें चलाई जाएंगी। गोरखपुर से प्रयागराज रामबाग और झूसी के लिए 47 महाकुंभ स्पेशल ट्रेनें चलेंगी।

पूर्वांचल के लोगों के लिए बड़ी खुशखबरी आपको बता दें कि पूर्वांचल Expressway और NH 27 को जोड़ने के लिए एक नया हाईवे का निर्माण कार्य चल रहा है। आपको बता दें कि यह हाइवे उत्तर प्रदेश से लेकर बिहार के गोपालगंज के भोरे तक को जोड़ेगा। वही इस हाइवे के निर्माण के बाद बलिया और वाराणसी जैसे बड़े शहरों के बीच की यात्रा में करीब 2 घंटे का समय बचेगा। वही पहले इस हाईवे के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश में ज़मीन का अधिग्रहण किया गया था और अब बिहार में भी इस हाईवे के निर्माण के लिए भूमि अधिग्रहण का कार्य शुरू किया जाएगा।
