M I M E

MIME is a self help group composed for some local number of bands from Guwahati (Assam), India aiming to help all the upcoming and semi- pro bands financially towards their singles, primarily as most of the band members are teenagers, young and do not have any source of income to meet the needs of their bands. Local bands here always suffer lots of problems which later make the bands quit music. A

s not supported by their family, 60% of bands do not have suitable place for jamming and do not get enough courage to do something and to think something better for their future. Therefore, M.I.M.E is on to gather all the bands together and fight all the problems and to grab opportunities on their own. M.I.M.E opens its door for bands and solo artists of every genre. All members are given equal rights to speak equally as all the other members of M.I.M.E. M.I.M.E is an organization of bands where bands raise funds and let the selected bands record their songs and its a primary M.I.M.E goal. The more the bands join the organization the more it gets stronger. M.I.M.E Missions-
* RECORDING and RELEASING new originals of the upcoming bands and supporting them.

* Opening up a PRIVATE JAM PAD for M.I.M.E bands and solo musicians.

* EP (Extended Play)

* Organise concerts in future to provide M.I.M.E bands and Artists exposure and good platform.

* Introducing upcoming M.I.M.E bands to the scene.

* A MUSIC VIDEO album featuring M.I.M.E bands and artists. (TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO JOIN M.I.M.E)

* Bands and Artists under M.I.M.E have to keep patience and trust every member.

* Those who records songs under M.I.M.E cannot release their songs without informing the management at first. M.I.M.E would release the songs in its page and then the bands would be allowed to post the songs in the page.

* All members should be on time when we will be organizing meeting.

* All of the members should submit the money in the meeting itself.
