It was just yesterday, ie 08.01.2025 at sharp 12.00pm.
I was returning from Siliguri to Gangtok on a service vehile which included 10 passengers along with me.
While the vehicle arrives at the Rangpo checkpost and slows down like regular, a young guy on a duty not well dressed like a policeman, possibly a OFOJ employee comes and looks all the passengers and asks the ID proofs.
I was just sitting on the front seat doorside and was just watching my phone for a call.

Suddenly the guy questioned all asking where are they heading towards and from where they are, everyone was interacting and answering him as all excluding me were non locals and when he asked me I said i'am a native Sikkimese and was returning from Siliguri itself.
Now leaving everyone he just stands close to me and again asks if I have any bags, I said i don't have as I just went yesterday evening and returning in the morning today.
He again asks the driver about my bag, the driver too tells him that I don't have any bags, he than 3-4 time constantly asks driver about my bags than I again told him that I don't have any.
It was becoming quite irritating now, the guy visits his seniors and comes back and without any reason or without asking me he begins to search my pockets and every corners of my body including my private areas while I was inside and seating on the seat of the vehicle.
As it strted irritating me much I opened the door of the vehicle and was giving him space for more search outside, than he says " haina bhitra nai basnuhos na " than again irritatingly pushes his hands to my pockets more and more.
I just was on my seat and let him do as he wishes. Finally he leaves.

Now the real thing that came to my mind is how searches might had been conducted like mine till date, per day, per month or per year🤔

It was just a consolidated pay guy so I just knowingly let him do or else if there were some other regular one than I could have dragged him to court since Article 21 clearly gives us the citizens of the country the right to life, liberty and privacy.
The main concern of the matter is that this new guys don't even know any of those articles or sections or are not sound with such basic obligations, not just that most of the officers too are not well-versed with such rights.

The point is the law and order officials must impose limitations to their staffs or make them know basic things as like in my case they got nothing but my search was on an arbitrary basis.
For once it is done, as being a law abiding citizen I respect it but if again such kind of things happens believe me I too will go to such an extent lawfully that it will be a lifetime reminders to those stupid folks.

The SHO, incharge and other senior officials may kindly note and refer some judgements where the officials were suspended, fined or several actions were taken by the court.
Kindly mind it and conduct everything respectfully and do research well on Article 21 please🙏🙏🙏

Next time it will not be spared...

No politician and it affiliates must believe that power can be retained through honest opinions and good deeds or great ideas.
There lies difference.
Chanakya has rightfully said that the four things are must and is indeed much true.
Saam, Daam, Daand and Veedh.

Every glory will end someday, every pride comes to an end, even actions will reciprocate.

The demand of time is the must and if not delivered the efforts will end up in vain.

The realities of Sikkimese politics might be Confusing or surprising for almost the masses and ambitious politicians but it was what is unexpected for 95% of political enthusiasts or masses.
It is not what our eyes see, It is what we don't see.

It is a borrowed diplomacy.

Resistance is fragile, courage is priceless.

You deserve what your actions offer.

The conspiracy theories at it's best yet but another convict will also appear on the scense.
Having patience and sratelising would be a best option.
Fate will return and the diabolic minds will not be excluded from the fatal curse.
The law of nature.

Every action has it's equal and opposite reaction.

Rage against the system is a possible great change but the rage must not be limited with just words, unless actions are there the mediocre press rage is a system of brokers.

Without gut everything is just a mud pot.

The biggest problem with everyone could possibly be an unsound health, that's why they says health is wealth.
To me the hardest of all is not those pains and sufferings, disorders as it is quite habitable to me and can restrain it but those fu***ng pills and medicines almost like an average of food daily to take worst and without much body activities or exercises and with full energies drained physically, mentally and emotionally are really a mountain on the head and is like the greatest sin of life.
Almost a month to be gone and just 10% of pain subsiding is really a matter of concern.
Excess lying on the bed causing more backache upto the inner spine, connecting it to the neck and head causing disastrous pain and almost taking a dose of Va**um 10mg 6 pieces a day, and other additional pills along with excessive dose of Lorazepam (sleeping pill) really makes you feel like nothing is left more now.

The phases of life seems really disgusting.

In these courses of fight I can literally say that women's are more strong, powerful with enduring capacities and resilience of mind.

Being alive just because having strong mother's besides me on both of my sides and mind is the only strength that is making me strong day by day or else would had gone till yet.

In my entire life I never realized the thing however now I can see it is not the man who is strong enough but a mere weak log, It is all those women's who carries the burdens of world so selflessly, so ordinarily, so enduringly and even in the darkest of all delicately handles it with still a smile on their face.

Shoutout to all the women's that the world had offered for the good of mankind.

Will get back with more strength soon✌️✌️✌️
