मृत्यु एक अटल सत्य है. जो भी जन्मा है उसे एक दिन मरना ही है. लेकिन मौत एक ऐसा विषय है जिसके बारे में कम ही लोग बात करना चाहते हैं. हालांकि हम सब ने एक विधि जरूर देखी होगी लेकिन उसके बारे में जानकारी कम ही लोगों को होती है. आप सभी ने देखा होगा कि हिन्दू धर्म में मृत्यु के बाद शव को जलाया जाता है और आपने ये भी देखा होगा कि अगर किसी की मृत्यु सूर्यास्त के बाद होती है तो उसका दाह संस्कार अगले दिन किया जाता है. ऐसे में आपने गौर किया होगा कि मृत्यु के बाद व्यक्ति के शव को अकेला नहीं छोड़ा जाता है. दरअसल इसका संबंध गरुड़ पुराण से है.
