কে লিখেছেন জানি না, কিন্তু অসাধারণ👌

১. মা ৯ মাস বহন করেন, বাবা ২৫ বছর ধরে বহন করেন, উভয়ই সমান, তবুও কেন বাবা পিছিয়ে আছেন তা জানেন না।

২. মা বিনা বেতনে সংসার চালায়, বাবা তার সমস্ত বেতন সংসারের জন্য ব্যয় করেন, উভয়ের প্রচেষ্টাই সমান, তবুও কেন বাবা পিছিয়ে আছেন তা জানেন না।

৩. মা আপনার যা ইচ্ছা তাই রান্না করেন, বাবা আপনি যা চান তা কিনে দেন, তাদের উভয়ের ভালবাসা সমান, তবে মায়ের ভালবাসা উচ্চতর হিসাবে দেখানো হয়েছে। জানিনা কেন বাবা পিছিয়ে।

৪. ফোনে কথা বললে প্রথমে মায়ের সাথে কথা বলতে চান, কষ্ট পেলে ‘মা’ বলে কাঁদেন। আপনার প্রয়োজন হলেই আপনি বাবাকে মনে রাখবেন, কিন্তু বাবার কি কখনও খারাপ লাগেনি যে আপনি তাকে অন্য সময় মনে করেন না? ছেলেমেয়েদের কাছ থেকে ভালবাসা পাওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে, প্রজন্মের জন্য, বাবা কেন পিছিয়ে আছে জানি না।

৫. আলমারি ভরে যাবে রঙিন শাড়ি আর বাচ্চাদের অনেক জামা-কাপড় দিয়ে কিন্তু বাবার জামা খুব কম, নিজের প্রয়োজনের তোয়াক্কা করেন না, তারপরও জানেন না কেন বাবা পিছিয়ে আছেন।

৬. মায়ের অনেক সোনার অলঙ্কার আছে, কিন্তু বাবার একটাই আংটি আছে যেটা তার বিয়ের সময় দেওয়া হয়েছিল। তবুও মা কম গহনা নিয়ে অভিযোগ করতে পারেন আর বাবা করেন না। তারপরও জানি না কেন বাবা পিছিয়ে।

৭. বাবা সারাজীবন কঠোর পরিশ্রম করেন পরিবারের যত্ন নেওয়ার জন্য, কিন্তু যখন স্বীকৃতি পাওয়ার কথা আসে, কেন জানি না তিনি সবসময় পিছিয়ে থাকেন।

৮. মা বলে, আমাদের এই মাসে কলেজের টিউশন দিতে হবে, দয়া করে আমার জন্য উৎসবের জন্য একটি শাড়ি কিনবে অথচ বাবা নতুন জামাকাপড়ের কথাও ভাবেননি। দুজনেরই ভালোবাসা সমান, তবুও কেন বাবা পিছিয়ে আছে জানি না।

৯. বাবা-মা যখন বুড়ো হয়ে যায়, তখন বাচ্চারা বলে, মা ঘরের কাজ দেখাশোনা করার জন্য অন্তত উপকারী, কিন্তু তারা বলে, বাবা অকেজো।

১০. বাবা পিছনে কারণ তিনি পরিবারের মেরুদণ্ড। আর আমাদের মেরুদণ্ড তো আমাদের শরীরের পিছনে। অথচ তার কারণেই আমরা নিজেদের মতো করে দাঁড়াতে পারছি। সম্ভবত, এই কারণেই তিনি পিছিয়ে আছেন...!!!!

incubation period : ভাইরাস শরীরে ঢোকার ৩-১৭ দিনের মধ্যে লক্ষণ প্রকাশ পাবে, ২-৪ সপ্তাহ সেই লক্ষণ স্হায়ী হতে পারে। ( CDC, 2024)

2020 সালে CDC Smallpox vaccine Mpox এর জন্য approved করে।Live attenuated vaccine JYNNEOS(brand name Imvamune, Imvanex) নামে পরিচিত, ২ টি ডোজ ২৮ দিনের ব্যবধানে দেয়া হয়, যদিও Smallpox ভ্যাক্সিন Mpox এ কতটুকু কার্যকারী সেটা আরও রিসার্চ প্রয়োজন।

তবে যেহেতু এটা enveloped ভাইরাস, এবং ফোমাইটস থেকেও ছড়ায় সুতরাং আবারও mask, Hand hygiene এর বিকল্প নাই।
২০২৪ এ ইত্যোমধ্যে WHO বিশ্বব্যাপী ইমার্জেন্সি এলার্ট জারী করেছে, ইত্যোমধ্যে ১৬,০০০ রিপোর্টেড কেস এবং মৃতর সংখ্যা ৫১১ ছাড়িয়েছে।

সুতরাং, এটা বলতেই হচ্ছে যে, মাঙ্কি পক্স নিয়ে এখনই দ্রুত ব্যবস্থা না নিলে আগামীতে আমাদের ভয়ঙ্কর পরিস্থিতির সম্মুখীন হতে হতে পারে। আক্রান্ত দেশগুলো এই সংক্রামক রোগ প্রতিরোধে কড়া ব্যবস্থা না নিলে আবারও আমাদের হয়তো লকডাউনের মতো কালো দিনগুলো ফিরে আসতে পারে।
