My weight loss and belly fat loss journey in two months,I have achieved this with taking of homemade healthy food and all home workouts.......... 1)All ate home cooked meals🍚.2) Portion control was the key 🗝️.3) Working out for atleast 50 minutes everyday.4) Didn't ate unhealthy things.4) Avoided junk food as much as possible.5)Ate more protein in every meal and lessened the carb,and finally I able to loss 22kg.....
