Mr. Shiv Rao Challa explained his early life and the formation of 3 R Zero Waste. As he was born with Aquarius Zodaic Sign his vision was very high since childhood. Upon completing his B. Tech from Hyderabad, he secured a position at BACL Headquarters in Delhi. During six enriching years he gained not only valuable knowledge but also introduced a groundbreaking project management tool called Primer Vella. He was a trainer and contributor to projects like IOCL Panipat and IOCL Mathura. Since 2006, he traveled to 52 countries for international jobs. In July 2020, he set up his company with the noble idea of a Clean India, operating on the principles of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle.
