We are thrilled to have successfully concluded the inaugural edition of SheLEADS, a leadership programme designed for Indian women leaders.
In this first edition, held on September 14-15, 2024 in Goa, twelve remarkable women from nine diverse sectors came together for an immersive two-day experience. SheLEADS offered these trailblazers a strategic pause—a chance to step away from their demanding routines to reflect, learn, grow, network, and reignite their purpose as leaders.
At the core of SheLEADS is a vision to build a supportive, dynamic network that empowers today’s women leaders and lays the foundation for future generations.
Here’s a glimpse into the incredible journey of #SheLEADS2024, and join us as we build on this momentum, leading us forward to an even more impactful SheLEADS 2025.

In the demanding world of leadership, it’s easy to put yourself last. But taking time for your passions, your well-being, and recharging your mind is just as important as achieving goals. 🌼
This #worldmentalhealthday, here’s a gentle reminder: Pause. Breathe. Invest in yourself—you deserve it. 💖

In a world prone to #informationoverload, it is important to note that misinformation manifests itself. Sometimes, lies are not evident which means that detecting #misformation and #disinformation can be a long tedious journey.

1️⃣ Who is behind the information?
2️⃣ What is the evidence?
3️⃣ What do other sources say?

Have you experienced while searching on Google, it automatically completes your sentence or when you search a song online and other related songs appear in the suggestions. Algorithms play a big role in what we watch. Algorithms are not always bad, but they can keep us limited in what we read and watch by only circulating material the mathematical equation thinks we want.
