ARCedtech An educational startup providing books on UN SDGs, Climate Education & Global Citizenship to schools

We, at ARC, have designed books and workshops on UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for Grades 1 to 8, in both English and Hindi. Our aim is to implement these books in both, private and state-run schools. The student handbooks are uniquely designed and can be easily integrated into the school curriculum. Key features of these books are:

1- Graded for each class, across grades 1 to 8 (extendable to K to 12)
2- Child-friendly & age-appropriate
3- Ready to use with simple worksheet

In my podcast with Ritu Malhotra, who is an educator from Gurugram, India, we talked about her journey of becoming an educator in the Sustainable Development Goals framework. Ritu had discovered her passion to educate and engage with children earlier in her life. When she learnt about Climate Change and SDG framework, she decided to dedicate her life to educate children on Climate Change based on SDG framework. In this lively podcast, we talk about SDG, how the SDG education curriculum is intertwined with academic subjects, challenges involved in training teachers and children on SDG, target institutions for her work, how practical implementation for Climate Change related problems of the world and especially India are addressed by education, and Ritu's hobbies and interests.
